I'd argue how could she NOT be battling depression in some form? She felt like that wasn't her town, or her people, and her actual people (family) were somewhat estranged. Estranged enough that she couldn't live with them , by choice or not. She seemed to have the emotional intelligence to know that she wasn't in the best situation and to want more for herself, but her age and lack of money made it difficult.

Definitely. Anything is possible, and often fact is stranger than fiction… you truly never know! The people she lived with are clearly on drugs, actively. We don’t know what other associations PB has. We don’t know anything other than what we have been told.

I want to add, just because a statement has been made; that doesn’t make it true.

For example: “I am rich and I’m sharing all the cash I have with everyone on this post..!” (I wish)

My belief is that she's calling her friend "beautiful", a common way young women refer to their tribe. Not that it really has significance.....

I Would say he was arrested on suspicion of PB's murder. They probably hoped he would talk once presented with the evidence they have. He hasn't. They don't have enough to charge so have had to release him.....for now

that Phoebe stole $5k and has done a runner - maybe she has someone else help her ( who was living in the house )
Maybe that person didn’t want her to visit ex - boyfriend?
Maybe she is hiding with other person ?

True, it was planned to be 10 days regardless. However, I'm not entirely sure that means she fully intended to return, flight booked or not. I've never had to try and get a refund on booked flights, but maybe she was hoping to cash in for her new life? Or maybe she was prepared to give up the money in exchange for a new life? If she had considered not returning, I'm not convinced she would advertise that to everyone. It may not have gone over well with her housemates, and if she wanted to suss out the situation in WA before deciding to stay, then she may not have advertised her thoughts to anyone.

Just pointing out I do not find it odd having a make up bag in the car. I know several women who bring one everywhere they go. I'm not one of them, lol, but seriously I know women who cart a full make up bag and touch things up, or change their look entirely, in the car. Personally, I believe that part of the story. It looks like Tamilka wears a lot of make up in the pics we have seen of her.

The trackpants sound absurd due to how baggy they would be, BUT that can be a style choice, and they may have been a desirable brand.

I'm very confused about when they supposedly realized money and jewelry was missing? I think Pheobe would have had motivation to steal given her expressed desire to never return. Not meant as a personal comment. I think ANYONE in that situation would have motivation. And likewise, if someone stole from you, that would be motivation for violence against them, if not intent to murder.

We already know there are some serious problems with anger and weapons here, so not a big leap at all.

Yes, that is another way to read it. But once charged they will be put in prison and most likely in high risk so no-one would be able to get to them which is why I read it as I did.

I’m obviously aware of innocent until proven guilty, not knowing all the info police know and their investigation, needing evidence etc

Even still. After saying that he gave PB his tracksuit bottoms to wear, given the size discrepancy. Amongst other things he has said. I just can’t fathom it. Rings huge alarm bells for me.

They were "brand new" according to JW. They may have had an adjustable waist band (I'm thinking drawstring style) but still, if they were intended for his body at any time in the recent past, they would not have been a good fit for Pheobe.

That wasn't my opinion of what will happen it was just how I was explaining my interpretation of what he said.

He himself says that if law enforcement gets their way. So in that case of them getting their way would be them being charged. He then goes on to say they won't live until jail. So my assumption from that was unaliving as once charged they would be remanded. However, he may have been insinuating someone would do something to them inside.

Not sure I guess it can be read either way. The unaliving was just the first way I interpreted it.
