I think this information first appeared a while ago. Honestly I cannot remember how the hotel room meeting came to light. I just remember how absolutely hilarious I found it and then how sad I was that Bob would be paying for it.

I wouldn't object to Bob's own money being spent on a really comprehensive, dedicated search for him. I haven't know him my whole life like daughters always remind people they have - in fact I haven't known him in person ever - but I'm pretty sure finding him and bringing him home would be 'as per his wishes'.

This is a lovely little story about seniors, like Bob (unlike him, they haven't disappeared though).

A class of 5th-graders served them a spaghetti dinner, then sat and talked to them, and loved it.

'The students were also told one of the best moments of the seniors' lives was getting married', was touching.

This was hysterical: 'The winning table got to hit one of the boys in the face with a pie, a prize he had volunteered for.'

It is such a shame Bob's great grandchildren have been deprived of hearing Bob's stories. And Fontelle's. They could have learnt so much about a part of their family history even Bob's daughters know little about.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe we have had several discussions about what grandson AH may have been doing on the day he disappeared. Mom's said he is a computer genius, some clever people have told me the kind of work she's referencing could be defined as 'a bunch of blokes with screwdrivers, laying cables'.

Taking a point halfway between the two, I'm guessing if he was working, he was on a computer somewhere. If he was working alongside people, he will have been easily able to verify that to LE.

If he was on his own, however.....well, I just found it interesting that on another thread, a project manager for IBM who worked from home and part of whose alibi was that he was working on the computer when his wife disappeared; has been charged with her murder. Part of the evidence LE have said they have, is that he wasn't working on his computer when he said he was.

Forensic computer people are good. They live in a strange, twisty online world though, where strange symbols and figures and trails pop up and lead to strange places. It's all too much for me. I'd get halfway and make a big mistake.

But it looks like some of the people who lay those false trails in the first place can make big mistakes too.

The last known person to have seen Bob:

What statements has he made to the media?

Has he co-operated fully with LE?

Has he taken a lie detector test?

Does he have any history of violence?

Has he benefited, or is he likely to benefit - from Bob's disappearance in any way?

Does he have any plans to mark the fourth anniversary of Bob's disappearance?

The last known person to have seen Bob:

What statements has he made to the media?None that we have seen.

Has he co-operated fully with LE? Sure does not seem like he has.

Has he taken a lie detector test? We don't know for sure, but I would not bet any money that he has.

Does he have any history of violence? Does shooting critters in his back yard just for "fun" count?

Has he benefited, or is he likely to benefit - from Bob's disappearance in any way? Oh yeah!

Does he have any plans to mark the fourth anniversary of Bob's disappearance?
I would post the laughing smilie, but would also post the crying one on that last question. So sad.

It seems almost certain we will have to mark Bob's fourth missing anniversary. But I hope and pray he will be home long before the fifth comes along.

It must seem like a liftetime to Mrs Harrod.

With the technology forensics has today...a computer can easily be "the smoking gun".

I think phone records will play an important part too.

I wonder what JuM's computer activity looked like on the day Bob disappeared, while her husband was down at Bob's house? Whether LE asked to check the family's computers, and whether they were allowed to though, who knows?

BBM. No one in Bob's CA family, not his daughters, son in law, or grandson, did anything to mark the first, second, or third anniversary of Bob's disappearance. I have no reason to believe the 4th will be any different.

If Bob's case reaches the 5th, they'll be celebrating because at that point they can petition to have him declared deceased. It'll be interesting to see how quickly they can make that happen. Maybe they can get a judge to the court at 1 second past midnight, otherwise I wouldn't doubt if they were first on the docket the first business day after the 5th anniversary.

If that computer wasn't destroyed or the hard drive replaced or something similiar during that 48 hours that JuM had access to the house. It wouldn't surprise me if her son, AH, was with her during some of that time...

We know he had access after LE left the well being check.

*The three people we know for certain who had (or were able to get) a key and enter Bob's house - and DID enter it - were;
(*After Bob went missing)

Son-in-law JeM, the last person to have seen Bob
Son-in-law's wife, JuM, Bob's youngest daughter
Son-in-law's son, AH, Bob's grandson.

Out of those three
AH owed Bob money
JuM was due to inherit money from Bob
JeM was being paid by Bob ( and who knows if he and JuM may have had loans too?)

So the common factors are keys and money.
Bob's keys we know are missing.
Heaven only knows what's happened with his money.

I like it cloudajo, great job! the only change I would make is to the information about the Disappeared show. I would make it the same font as the information on the Disappearance Circumstances.

IDK if the title of the Disappeared show should be added? I'll wait for others to chime in on that thought.

Thank you so much cloudajo. I agree with Cubby it would be nice if Long Lost Love could be squeezed in somewhere, if possible.

I think the changes you have made are great - both the things omitted and those added.

When you are ready, would it be possible for you to post it in the Bob's missing person flyer thread, in my sig? I can then ask a mod if the thread title can be amended. It will be much easier to link to and find then and I thought it might be good to have them together?

Oooh, how I wish we could have a wanted poster too..........

  • #837
That reminded me - remember how a few of us noticed how Bob's name was coming up as both a fugitive and missing on America's most wanted? Well, he only seems to be coming up as missing now.

Perhaps someone complained? It may have been me because I was a bit cross, but I'm always moaning so I'm not quite sure now. Anyway, whoever or however it was done, I'm glad. Another little injustice to Bob put right.

Now for the big one.......

The Bob Harrod still missing facebook page still has nothing on it, however. I wonder if it will burst forth with a mass of information and publicity on his missing anniversary? I hope so. It would be nice. I don't know why anyone would adopt that profile if they don't want to help find him.

Is it ok?
