The last entry on the FB page setup for Bob and controlled by a daughter is December 9, 2010: "$50,000 REWARD OFFERED"

It looks like daughter JM is recuperating from back surgery (baby steps). She posted on ROTW that in 3 more months she'll be ready for full activities!

I'm hoping those activities! include posting updated fliers for her father.

BBM. I'd like to see that too but I won't hold my breath. One of 6 family members with a bad back, that still left 5 to get their tails moving and it didn't happen in the past 18 months. Don't really see it starting 18 months later. Though I'd sure love to be proven wrong and see Bobs family get start being proactive in the search for their missing father.

The current profile picture would appear to be Bob's late dog Sassy with a background of stars. How helpful! Perhaps there is some sort of symbolism there -- it seems very odd for a missing person's profile picture.

I suspect but can’t say for sure what Bob’s son-in-law JM did for a living, at least during the period from 2004-2009. The 2002 article about daughter JM’s kidney donation says that 6 years before she and husband JM both worked at the same hospital.

From daughter JM’s earlier post on ROTW, her husband JM was laid off from his job on April 21, 2009 (post since removed).

From daughter JM’s earlier post on ROTW, her husband JM also did extensive renovations on their RS home, and his wife JM posted on ROTW that he did a good job with a new balcony (post since removed). I wonder if he did this as a hobby and whether he had a side job and did any of this type of work for others?

If he was “like the son Bob never had” as daughter RB claimed, where were his pleas to the media? Why hasn’t he shown his face or given any interviews?

Daughter J posts in the above link that she wants for nothing; "just some good sun, good friends and get back to socializing once again."


No mention that she would like to know what happened to her father.

IIRC Daughter R runs that FB page. I'd say the symbolism demonstrates her interest in the search for her father. She's made a mockery of that face book page since it was initially turned over to the family. Similiarly to how she and her family have made a mockery out of those interested in finding and seeking justice for Bob.

Bobs family apparently has no reservations about publically demonstrating just how much of a joke they've made of their fathers disappearance. Simply mindboggling.

Agree! It would be helpful if SIL would tell the public about the mysterious vehicle that was in Mr. Harrod's neighborhood the morning of Mr. Harrod's disappearance. It would be helpful if SIL would tell the public exactly what Mr. Harrod was wearing and anything else he observed that day.

Also interesting that daughter J felt the need to remove her post from ROTW which stated hubby J was laid off in April of 2009 and money was tight.

I have said this before but.......

Seems to me SIL never returned to Mr. Harrod's house after July 27, 2009. He even let his wife go to the house alone shortly after Mr. Harrod mysteriously vanished. We know SIL told family members he saw a vehicle in the neighborhood behaving strangely the morning of July 27, 2009, yet he allows his wife/soulmate to return to the area without him.

We never saw SIL in TV or newspaper interviews. What is he hiding from?

Apparently JM did not have reason for concern regarding his wifes safety despite reporting a suspicious vehicle in the area of Bobs home the day Bob disappeared.

What was it about the events of the day Bob disappeared that caused JM to believe it safe for his wife to be there, at Bobs home alone(?) the following day?

Well, perhaps it is a good time to just list the names of some central players in this story.

If I need some sort of external document to affix these individuals in the case, then let it be the court documents Adnoid linked (re-linked above).

Robert Harrod, Bob Harrod (RH) -- the victim.

Jeff Michaels (aka Jeff Fink) -- son-in-law of RH, husband of Julie Michaels. Last to see Bob (while performing 'handyman services'). Physically capable.

Julie Michaels (aka Julie Harrod, Jules) -- daughter of RH, married to Jeff Michaels, lives in RS with Jeff Michaels.

Andrew Harrod (aka Andrew Michaels) -- grandson of RH. Lives (lived?) near Bob's current address. Physically capable.

Roberta Brady (RB, aka Roberta Brady-Harrod) -- daughter of RH. Highly active in denigrating RH, implicating non-family (cleared) parties. Also active in her high-school reunion committee.

Paula Borcher (PB, aka Paula Borcher-Harrod) -- daughter of RH. IMO, sort of a punchy minion of RB. One may suspect that PB incites her to launch mouthy invectives now and then, but who knows -- it may be PB acting out on her own.

There has been collected what may best be described as a flood of information about each of the individuals above -- should you have any questions, I am guessing the team of people who discuss this topic will have the answers you desire.

I want to get back to Georgia, if that is permissable. I am very curious about the relationship between Georgia, Bob and the girls. For example, did she choose Bob over her children when it came to conflict? This conflict has a long history within this family-which side did she tend to come down on? I realize the girls have chosen to vilify Bob in the public arena, but I wonder if their view of their relationship with their mother is somewhat romanticized? How can this all be so one sided? Mom a saint and Dad pond scum. Even if the insinuations of incest are based in some reality, and I am sceptical, how can mother escape any and all blame when she lived in that house as well? After all she did not protect them, which was her job.

I will be very interested to discover whether or not she left items to her children and whether or not they were delivered by Bob to them.

IMO, I don't believe the daughters treated either parent very well unless things were going their way. By their way, I mean unless mom and dad were giving and/or lending them money.

I believe part of their anger is because their father dared to remarry and find happiness with another woman. Also, trashing their father in some way may justify what they did to him.

As I said, IMO those daughters thought their father would shortly follow their mother, when it did not happen, they made it happen.

As for the incest, I pondered and then discarded daughter R's tale. I believe R is setting up a defense for herself just in case. I believe she is also using the abuse excuse as a way to justify her disgusting and indefensible postings(rantings).

I too want to see Georgia's will.
