It feels like police are keeping things unusually tight lipped for a reason. Typically you hear police make a statement that allay public concerns, (eg we don’t believe this was a random act or public isnt in danger, may have been an accident etc) or, conversely, police warn the public to be careful (lock your doors, travel with a buddy etc.). It seems here that they are purposefully keeping whatever they know/suspect a secret (I’d guess so their suspect doesn’t know for sure they are on to him/her—particularly if the suspect is engaged in ongoing conversations with police (eg someone who knows Heidi and is offering info about her). Once someone knows they are a suspect, they will likely zip it.

I don't think Heidi was really dressed for a party....she was just wearing what I would term "general Sunday casual wear" in the last camera footage....no doubt the same attire she wore to watch her son's football match.

The Apple AirTag brings up another point. I’ve read multiple stories recently about women receiving random notifications on their phones about unknown devices being nearby and it turns out someone has placed an AirTag somewhere close to them. One lady found one behind her tag on her car and another found one duct-taped inside of her duffel bag.

Obviously there’s been no suggestion that that happened here, but the point about the collar just reminded me of that.

Woman finds Apple tracking tag hidden under license plate in video viewed over 9M times

Interestingly enough, moments ago, I was reading an article related to a Missing Person on WS, Jason Landry, when at the bottom of the screen was a bright orange advertisement for 4 Apple AirTags for $99. I didn't know what they were until just a few minutes ago.

These are tracking devices! They should be illegal!

"AirTag is a super easy way to keep track of your stuff. Attach one to your keys, slip another in your backpack. And just like that, they’re on your radar in the Find My app, where you can also track down your Apple devices and keep up with friends and family.

AirTag is designed to discourage unwanted tracking. If someone else’s AirTag finds its way into your stuff, your iPhone will notice it’s traveling with you and send you an alert. After a while, if you still haven’t found it, the AirTag will start playing a sound to let you know it’s there.

The point I meant to make about the party was that surely not just anyone could have unfettered access to the Penthouse, right?
I know we have heard very conflicting reports about security, Fob vs no Fob access there but I can’t envision a whole dang circus rolling in free as could be, stripper pole, DJ and all.

I don’t think the ONNI H&F DTLA would mind if anyone makes a call or sends emails as a potential resident to clear up a few details, resolve some questions about staff , maintenance background security checks, emergency response, waste management. JMOO

Do we know where the trash chutes are located on the exterior of the Hope Bldg where it flows into a dumpster? Is there an image of it showing where it leads into the dumpster?

Is there just a large very dumpster sitting along the side of the building without being inside an enclosure of some type? Otherwise, it seems homeless people would be dumpster diving into it if it was standing freely.

Also, for that many units, there must be quite a number of dumpsters on the ground level. Do we know which dumpster would hold trash (my sincere apologies to Heidi) from the chute on the Penthouse Floor?

If it's not too much trouble, I'd appreciate seeing some of this type information.

I kindly thank everyone and anyone, in advance.

In the video Dawn says that Maserati’s son was a dog sitter. Maybe there was an attempt to distance and a convoluted story and time was concocted about when and how Seven came to be the mystery dog finders possession. Maybe the finders thought they could get off the hook by saying they “found” Seven and modified the time to keep themselves out of the window of the “incident.” Seems plausible to me.
I don’t understand why we seem to take the one of many JW versions about that piece of the puzzle as a practical fact. If the 7:00 PM time pans out, what is the significance in terms of the surprising Congratulations on the game message BW received from Heidi’s phone at 7?
The Timeline from 6:22- 11 PM is still a big question mark due to a lack of reliable sources .
Tomorrow will mark 2 months since Heidi disappeared. I feel for her little boy, family and friends.
Last statement from Chiquita Canyon said that the area was closed to the community until 12/18. Maybe we will hear something soon.

@deedee- I was curious about those points, too. I’m 99.99% sure they don’t use dumpsters as the technology used in most luxury high rises uses a more efficient and sophisticated system involving trash compactors and balers for cutting up recyclables, all to reduce labor, odor, rodents, space, loading and unloading dumpster after dumpster. The chute are internal. It’s an 800 unit complex, plus events areas, so it’s probably staffed by full time laborers. JMOO

The thought occurred to me if her bf lives there, she may have clothes there.

I certainly don't know, but I'd be willing to bet that several ONNI employees know exactly how disposal works at H+F.

I can't find anything on the garbage chutes, but take note of the (specific) number of units in that building! (Yikes....) Hope + Flower - Los Angeles, CA apartments for rent

How "big" of a party can you have in a penthouse that's under 2300 square feet? MOO
Pretty big if the how much drugs and alcohol you got measure how big a party is. In my opinion, "house" parties in LA can get crazy really quickly, even if it starts as something lowkey.

That is about the sqft of an average home that doesn't include any outdoor space so I would think that you could fit a fair amount of people. The website says the following about the Penthouse Collection "Included with each home are expansive terraces, seamlessly combining indoor and outdoor living, some extending well over 1,000 square feet of outdoor space." Not sure if the outdoor space is included in the actual PH sqft listed but typically if it is outdoors it is not. I know in homes they do not include terraces, decks or outdoor space as living sqft so that could potentially add extra space.

And then it also says "Residents of Hope + Flower's Penthouse Collection also enjoy access to the building’s ample amenities, including exclusive access to the 42nd floor Sky Bar & Lounge." It could also be possible that this area was used as well and it has outdoor space too.

The 4002 unit is listed for a monthly rent of $17,484...for that DTLA area - holy smokes!

Personally everything the Maserati woman has to say reminds me of pre-explaining evidence that she, or someone else, is worried that LE has found or will find. She reminds me of Leticia Stauch who had pre'splanations for why Gannon's blood was in the garage, and many others. Oh, there was blood on the floor? because Heidi fell and broke a glass, she cut herself, obviously. Maybe Heidi's body would be found with blunt force trauma to her head? Oh well she fell down and hit her head, that's why.

I do think that there are some truths in that account but I'm not really buying that Heidi accidentally overdosed, many others have pointed out a lot of the holes in that overall story.

it's unfortunate that those allegations surfaced about Heidi's Adderall use, because it makes it very easy to fall for an accidental overdose story and believe in someway that Heidi brought this whole thing upon herself. I'm not saying that overdoses don't happen, and that they're not covered up occasionally. But personally I'm not buying it. Whether it was preplanned and related to her work, or just spontaneous violence gone horribly wrong, I really don't know. But I am firmly in the foul play camp.

I personally believe this woman was paid to come forward with a story.
I don’t believe a word of it. ‍♀️

The woman who she allegedly told the story to is one half of a duo of amateur sleuths who have had a YouTube channel for less than a month. I know nothing about them, but on the surface, they hardly seem likely to have paid enough to get such a scoop when the Sun or Daily Mail would surely have happily paid for the same information, and had a much larger audience.

When I say “I think she was paid to come forward with a story” I don’t mean media paid her. ;)
*edited to add
I also think there is a reason this was taken to The Sun. I think the Daily Mail would do a little more investigation- which the person releasing this (I think) fabrication, would not want.

Ahhh! I was wondering if that was perhaps what you were hinting.

The two sleuths reported on one of their casts that when they related their entire story to LE, LE already had the SAME story! No indication of how many OTHER witnesses they had talked to, or if there were any conflicting versions (and, incidentally, sleuths related JW also knew).

All I’m saying is, there are 46 million reasons why someone or someone’s would want this woman to “disappear”. Lot of big league suspects in this case.
Edited to add: The entire “dropping muffins off to a sick employee” was staged.
Also, why was Heidi so “scared”?
An “accidental overdose” does not pass the smell test.

There is not a delicate way to ask this, so I apologize. I asked this before, about a week ago, and got no answer. If Heidi's remains are found in the landfill, two months after the "incident" occurred, given the quantity and likely condition of any remains, could the presence of fentanyl be detected if it was a one-time event? If not, what is the probability that a COD could even be determined?

Yes, I believe so. I believe they can get that information from hair follicles and any tissue
