I've been trying to read about criminal profiling of killers. Does anyone know if any work has been done to profile the killer? I know the prevailing theory is that it was a hitman, but I think there could still be value in trying to profile the killer.
I believe from what I've read, that the killer was organized rather than disorganized. This basically is the difference between someone who plans carefully vs someone who has no plan. Along with a lot of other traits.
In this journal article, they state that an organized killer "may report an angry state of mind prior to the murder and admit to being calm and relaxed after the crime."

I believe the footage of the Night Walker is from after the crime. He appears to be walking fast, but does not seem agitated at all. I wonder if we were to be shown footage of him from before the crime, would his emotional state appear different? Would this help support the theory that the Night Walker is indeed the killer?
