LE has not named MR as a point of interest or a suspect, so his name is already clear.

Not so,

No one has been ruled out and they have not named a person of interest.
does not mean they dont have one they just have not come out to the public and named one.

Unfortunately all roads lead to Rome!:twocents:

Didn't Dr Phil begin that dialogue by asking him something like "I believe you know this woman??" (paraphrasing as I'm not going back to search for the exact wording) I understand why MR's every word is picked apart, but I do think we have to also look at the questions he is being asked.
:moo:

I think it was a perfect way to start they have not seen or spoken to each other in 3 years!

I saw nothing wrong with that!

This in itself is so wrong IMO. And any infamy is the product of some very concerted efforts by some - but hey, he might be innocent, but it doesn't matter.

CW If you have been reading anything like ive been reading he was already a legend!

A very simple ..Yes,of course ...would have sufficed.

Or what about a hug and Im sorry! Their CHILD is missing!
How about some tears!

Tease all you like. I have to tell you, that phone lasted for three years with my DD, then three more years with me, when suddenly the operating system just blue screened (this is an old Motorola Razr flip phone, mind you-I replaced it with another used Razr, BTW). I don't know of anyone who gets 6 years out of a phone.

The only time we have ever had to replace a phone was when they went into WATER!

I probably would have walked out after about 15 minutes, but I'm NOT very passive aggressive! If MR is as hot tempered and violent as people say, I think that may be part of why his emotions seemed so flat on there. It must have been taking every ounce of strength he had to avoid flying off the handle completely and becoming (in front of millions of people) exactly what he has been accused of for the past few months, or maybe the bast 50+ years... MOO

Why walk out?
That makes you look worse!

Dont fight back Talk to the hand!
Be compassionate.
Make yourself human!

Say things like
Hey Im sorry I should have come and sat with you
lets now find dylan. Ill do all I can to help!

Elaine would have softened all she wants is her son!

The problem is that Mark may be innocent but his behavior has now completely muddied the water . And that is on Mark's head nobody else's . He talks in circles and makes no sense and has shown a complete lack of empathy for Dylan's plight.

The only time during DP did i see any real genuine emotion was when he mentioned Cory hating him. He did seem deeply hurt by that but why did it take Cory lashing out to show human emotion ?

All IMO

I'm only speaking for myself, but if MR was completely cleared of any connection to Dylan's disappearance, I'll always have a very unpleasant opinion of him. It didn't take anyone's concerted effort, but MR's behavior and his own words. You know, our laws may require that the accused are innocent until proven guilty in court, but there is no law that says I can't think this guy is a jerk. I'm not 100% that he harmed Dylan, but I'm 200% convinced that he earned our suspicions.

exactly it is his own actions that have caused suspicion, had he acted like a concerned parent and answered ERs questions from the start then things would possibly be different.

That flash of emotion when Cory said that makes me wonder if Dylan said the same thing to him, maybe Cory hit a raw nerve.

I don't know how I am suppose to provide a link to something that is in the possession of DP and his staff. Not everything can be linked, nor does it have to be in all cases. Since I was there, I experienced it and I heard it, it is not hearsay. IMO it is up to each person to either accept or decline.

Hearsay is the legal term for testimony in a court proceeding where the witness does not have direct knowledge of the fact asserted, but knows it only from being told by someone.
Hearsay in United States law - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And jumping off your post, there are exceptions that make hearsay admissible in court. One of them is an admission by a party opponent. If MR sued someone, that person could testify about anything that s/he heard MR say, so anything he admits is fair game in court, if it's relevant to the case.

As usual, I'm referencing my own state's rules of evidence, but assume they are the same everywhere if modeled after the federal rules.

BBM - well in version #3 he said he went there before going to N's house and then again after the police station.

Previously in version #1 he said he went to T's house and T had not seen DR
Previously in version #2 he said he went to T's house and nobody was home so he thought DR might be at the lake because his fishing pole was gone.

I'm waiting for version #4 where he stopped at T's house and they had a drink.

You'd make a good attorney! Thanks for clarifying the inconsistencies.

IIRC LE hasn't cleared anyone's name.:twocents::moo:

So that means there are a lot of people we should be discussing, not just MR.

  • #913
I'm sorry I didn't mean to be inappropriate, I don't like when I interrupt people and I don't like when others do it to me. Please accept my apology.

Huh? I removed my own question to you because I thought my question
was inappropriate ! I didn't want to make you uncomfortable ! :)

I dont think So!

He was last with him!

And Unfortunately we do not know that all he has said is TRUTH!

We cant move to someone else till we can cancell out MR

we've discussed various people over the many threads, is there someone who you think is possibly worth discussing?

The only time we have ever had to replace a phone was when they went into WATER!

My first three phones were Samsung flips. Love those suckers. Twice I rescued them from a dunk into the bathtub with a blowdryer and placing them overnight into a bag of rice. They are indestructible until they, literally, fall apart. I have graduated to the Samsung slider phone. And yes, the battery life on them is enviable.

There's a creep on FB who used to make derogatory comments about Dylan and the case quite alot. He is back and i'd love to sleuth him but TOS do not allow for it, I don't think. So sure, there are people but in all likelihood, I think we've been sleuthing in the right direction for awhile now.

Amen. Note to Mark Redwine, if you are innocent, DO NOT SPEAK !
And hire a lawyer to shut you up if you cannot control your mouth!

IIRC, police have checked out all registered sex offenders (2 or 3 times,) - nothing there, they went door to door talking with neighbors - nothing there, they checked out reports of sightings which turned out to be joggers - nothing there, they were unable to confirm the postal worker's sighting - nothing there, they found the Hispanic male who was looking at rental properties - nothing there, and have stated there have been no confirmed sightings of Dylan anywhere (after the Walmart surveillance)...along with no cell activity whatsoever after Sunday night.

That comes full circle back to Mark Redwine - the last *verifiable* person to be with Dylan.

I wonder who that 9:37 text was sent to? Wouldn't it be interesting if it were T? Something like 'hey I'm gonna come by your house tomorrow, wanna go fishing?' I wonder if T was on Dylan's list of friends to visit while he was there? I wonder if he still hung out with T when he was in town?

I don't believe it was R because one article said the last text R got from Dylan was shortly after 8pm.
