2. premeditation is actually not what we were discussing - it was pre-planning. Premeditation can take seconds, minutes...since it took up to 5 minutes to kill each of 3 people, I think they won't have a problem with premeditation. Also, see my point about demeaner/poise in furtherance of this.
3. that does not make sense - why hide the children if he didn't also kill them? as I said, he could have said she ran out the back door! Only one body to get rid of then. Panicked? So panicked he did an incredible job calling/texting his dead wife that morning (calculating, no panicked) IMO and appears quite calculating in the interviews IMO. You just witnessed and engaged in the murder of your ENTIRE family - and no one sees any signs of devastation? guilt? remorse? grief? Just hand him the pizza. He has his own ways of dealing with it apparently.
