Thank you, but didn't RB say things that the McMichaels did on that bodycam or are only pieces of it allowed in? I might have fallen to sleep on it. I have often awakened and found myself hours ahead with earphones on my pillow while I watched this.

The videos Gough played saying Roddie was was going 2 mph, the video is true but Bryan was going faster. Our Chevy truck shows 1-2 mph idled. The video where the phone is down shows the light outside changing as he drives past trees. If he was going 2mph those rays of sun and shadows would have been slower.

I agree. When he started driving and we can hear the truck, I clearly heard at least one gear shift by the automatic transmission, and possibly 2 shifts. 2 MPH would have kept the vehicle in first gear.

Oh I want you to be able to watch it! But on the other hand, I don't think her rebuttal will take that long. Plus if I were on the jury, I'd want some concise, clear, well-presented delivery like hers to be where the proceedings end tonight. Otherwise, I'm left with Gough's whiny delivery stuck in my memory all night.

As much as I want to hear LD eviscerate the defense on rebuttal I hope they hold off until tomorrow. I would like to see her rebuttal be fresh in their minds as they begin their deliberations. I worry even as concise and skilled as she is that it won't be as effective if they have to sleep on it, then endure jury instruction (which will be extensive in this case) tomorrow
