I’m not so sure , I think MS has seen 2 videos and HeB has seen 3 inc the DM assault.HeB mentions a 3rd video in the recent 60 mins doc and I’m sure I’ve seen another reference recently I’ll see if I can find. It’s always been oddly reported with no confirmation as such .If HeB did view the DM assault that would definitely hold more weight seeing as it was corroborated by DM herself .

I guess to some extent. One question I wondered about myself is whether the Court's finding on the truthfulness of their accounts in the last trial has to be noted in this trial - but I guess seeing they testified again, this Court can make its own determination
Did you watch it ? It comes from HeB on camera rather than just mentioned.
In the reporting i read on the original judgement it said no one saw the DM video. Rather the Court found that MS&HeB must have been telling the truth because they recounted details they could only have known by seeing a similar video.
Yes, I thought that. While this court cannot reverse any earlier decision, it doesn't have to follow that earlier decision as regards any testimony.
I have grave doubts about these videos and the reliability of the witnesses, but time will tell.

I don't watch any of these documentaries as they all have their own agenda and I'm not buying into any of them.

Yes, although not to quibble, the 'Italian woman' was said to be in her 40s rather than 50s, and her attack was described as an attack, from the footage, not a rape. She's the one who didn't make the charge cut.

Not surprising really when it centred on unidentified victims and recollections of videos from years ago that appear to no longer exist.

And rightly so, IMO
His phone calls with his fellow witness smacks of collusion to me.
I would find it very strange to have more than one rapist in the same area committing crimes with the same MO. even though both witnesses hadn't heard anything before the DM rape trial, they both described similar MOs from the videos they allegedly saw. Therefore, I wouldn't really bet on their testimony to be really important for the trial... even if they don't remember details or if there are inconsistencies in their recollections, it is a fact they saw videos of CB committing rape with an MO that resembles what DM and HB went through. Jmo
