Good point, I didn’t notice Styner as I got caught up by Troy Rd intersecting it and that being a main road.
Do you think the attendant would say she saw the car turn onto a side street though if it were Styner, as to me personally I see if the car were travelling West on White (towards Troy) that the car then going into Styner would be a continuation of its path rather than “turning off”.
That very well could be taking what she has said way too literally, but that’s my takeaway from it.
I also find it strange if the perp was heading back in the direction of the crime scene HOWEVER I also get that he would be full of adrenaline plus likely trying to take different routes to usual (if local) and potentially making wrong turns accidentally or on purpose so I’m not sure the direction alone would stop me from considering Styner as an option.
I must also add that I would find Hansen Ave a strange spot for them to turn down and stay. And I would assume as she didn’t make a comment that she saw it turn back out that it’s more likely the side street wasn’t a no through road or they would be pretty easy to track down, no?
