If Karr put key crime scene elements in his emails that the D.A. can prove had never been released by LE ... AND ... are no where to be found in the public domain (such as crime forum databases), then those emails can be used to corroborate his confession.
what confession, all he has said it I was there, it was an accident, when asked specifics he said no comment,
so he has said nothing that could be corroborated but that he was there, and they have to prove that,
and there are no secrets about her body, the coroner has said he put in every scratch, scrape, abrasion etc in his autopsy, he left nothing out, and the autopsy is online for all to read,
the police reports and crime scene photos have been leaked and sold, so whatever he says he could have got from the net, or from Tracey,
the case will be proved/disproved by the police having documented evidence he was in Boulder, forensics tying him to the scene, he is a loose cannon and relying on him would be a mistake,
who knows what he will say next or what will emerge, I mean today we find out he may have been looking at a sex change, tomorrow we may find out something even odder
