Is Terri's arrest imminent?

Yes I think there will be one or more arrests this week.

Imminent Now? As in NOW - after hearing a GJ has been convened?

Well, I would certainly expect an indictment followed by an arrest. ;)

Now we have a Grand Jury./....

Where the heck is Kryon? Is it possible they have found him and waiting until the presser to announce it?

This is scary... How much evidence do they have and what the heck is it? Where the hell is Kyron already????:banghead::banghead:

Well I take back what I said. I don't think an arrest is imminent. From all appearances, the GJ was simply to solicit info from Dede, and Dede alone.

I don't think they're ready to arrest anybody.

Respectfully snipped by me
As sad as this is, I agree. I think LE's tactics have failed to bring forth the evidence they've been hoping for and this will be an unsolved case for quite some time.

My prayers go out to Kyron's loved ones who are missing him so badly!

I was hoping that with LE searching the three homes and interviewing DD and the two others, that some piece of information they relayed to LE would provide the necessary clue that would lead to a break in the case. But as more time goes by without any forward movement, I now believe that DD and the other two didn't have anything significant to add, except maybe to shore up the belief that the nearly 90 minute driving aimlessly on rural roads is the key.

I am wondering if Dede said she would only speak about Terri if compelled to do so and then either took the 5th or had nothing of value to offer, since she was in there such a short amount of time. Surely she was not in there long enough to result in an indictment?

That is what I was wondering too. Thirty minutes is nothing.

I don't think so:

"Well, the fact of the matter is she has been cooperating,'' Spicher's lawyer said. "She met with detectives in the case for three-and-a-half hours, and has had several follow-up conversations with detectives. She's cooperated fully.''

Unless you are a murderer, Calliope, then 30 minutes is everything. ;)

I still don't feel like an arrest is coming soon. I feel like LE is still trying to assemble a case against Terri without any real evidence and see how they do.

That quote (in boldface) piqued by interest. Usually attorneys are encouraging their clients to say little. Looks like DS's attorney is taking a different tact. What does it mean? My theory: Maybe she has some very valuable information, and her attorney has encouraged her to work with LE rather than wait for LE to come after her.

I think they're trying desperately to come up with probable cause. I think it's time for them to start looking in other directions.

If Dede is innocent of wrongdoing but has info, any reputable lawyer would allow her to speak with LE in their presence. Lawyers aren't in the business of impeding investigations, just protecting their own clients.

Like you suggest, I believe today's testimony was meant to expedite this case into any area that has meaningful possibilities for real evidence -- there's been too many three ring events in this circus (MFH, sexting etc).

Something needs to give. It is so sad that in the midst of all of this a little 7 year old boy remains missing..:(

Yes. We need to find out what happened to him, no matter what it was, and no matter who did it.
