Whoa - THANK YOU for sharing this resource, I have been scouring through these documents for the past 45 minutes and wow… just wow.

This direct quote you pasted above initially lured me in to take a deeper look at these docs - “This would be in line with what Tom told me maybe 6 or 7 years ago, that when Brian had been a long term patient at Austen Riggs Center - Psychiatric Hospital, he was diagnosed as a sociopath, and this would never change.”

That was just the beginning… there is a lot of info in these court docs about BW that paint quite a picture of this sick individual… IMO.
I can't find the affidavit images - could you or @Gardenista potentially message me?

I'd be very interested to know how much of their home/property & material possessions (cars, etc.) this couple actually "owned". Though AW seemed to have a great & high-paying job, what did BW do for work - other than stealing/scamming people?! Their home seemed extremely expensive & was in an expensive area. Money doesn't grow on trees, so obviously it was coming from somewhere. Were they given money by their parents?! Were they in debt?! Admittedly, I haven't read all of the many articles about this case yet.

I just hope further details come out as the investigation continues.

We don’t really know Ana’s side since she cannot speak for herself. And this is about her missing, most likely murder, by her husband. I refuse to question her decisions and actions as we obviously know her husband is a serial liar. Ana has never been charged for anything and is the victim here.
I agree with everything that you’ve said. As a matter fact, I couldn’t agree more. I was just attempting to clarify that to me, it didn’t seem as though the previous statements made were directing any blame towards Ana. It seemed to me that our fellow WS friend @TwoBlueJays was simply speaking of what a tragedy this is, and did not mean any harm or anything beyond that. Just the way I read it, anyway.

I think his mother was a major cash cow.

Court documents show he failed to inform probation about two IRA's at Fidelity – one of which he contributed $91,000 – and left off a 2014 Fiat and 2015 Maserati, which his wife Ana drove.
She posted that the car, worth $120,000, was the 'best Valentine's present of her life' in a post online, adding 'kiss to my husband who makes all of my childhood dreams come true'.

..
I was once passed on Mass Pike by a Maserati going so beautifully fast I saluted it.

Money changes everything.

It just takes you back to the sign in page if you try to link to the court docs. Here is a ss of where you click to see the images

Maybe, but the old cliché is as true as it’s always been - money cannot, and does not, buy happiness.

If you go back to Gardenista's original post, she shows explicitly how to go to the specific affidavits.... This post is of extraordinary value...

@Gardenista, perhaps you can repost so people can get to the documents....

* Across two owned properties that we know about (Washington, DC and Baltimore) $500K in equity.
* IRA in her name with at least $91K that was transferred form Brian when he was trying to hide assets from the court, plus another ~ $24K in cash transferred to Ana or used for her benefit outside the IRA
* a 2015 Maserati (initial purchase price $120K) and a 2014 Fiat
* edit to add: from her Instagram, it might be concluded there is a substantial amount in high value hand bags, shoes, jewelry. Maybe $100K?

Most of the current home equity was created with the flip of the Jerusalem Road house ($585K before taxes, fees and expenses). It does seem like Ana owned properties sequentially, so I get the sense there is not hundreds of thousands of dollars in net worth held elsewhere in cash or securities. We know Brian got ~$500K from his mom to pay for his legal defense in the art scheme. Not sure where the reported $1mm plundered from his dad's estate went...

I wonder why he only took the oldest out for ice cream .. as he could’ve brought the other two some back of course … but he’s the stay at home dad so he’s surely used to managing all of the boys together .. right ??? a whole day maybe two of the kids asking where’s mom as she was just there and he(BW) moving about and about … I fear the kids seen and heard a lot JMO not sure if I read the link wrong or he lied about that scenario… also a babysitter arrived on Jan 2nd supposedly if so I’m wondering who the babysitter is?

There are many posts that start to give you the information you seek.....

Have you read the affidavits in the court documents that were posted by @Gardenista.... It is definitely worth your while to go back to find and read.

“Hoping we get an Ana Walshe update from Massachusetts police at some point.

#AnaWalshe is still a missing persons case, but reports (via law enforcement sources) have become increasingly grim.

If police announce an update or press conference, I’ll tweet out our stream link.”
