MA MA - Ana Walshe - Supposedly Left Home in Rideshare to Airport - Cohasset #2

Not open for further replies.

This is Ana's interview from Serbia, regarding her daughter's request for her to come to Washington DC the next day.

My question is this: She tells Ana it would be more logical for her to come at the beginning of January.
Ana says something like "Brian and I have plans for February"

What plans could they have had, if he is under house arrest?

It just sounds like a coded call for help, imo. ‘Can you come tomorrow’ is a red flag question for someone so far away at short notice. Saying she’d be there in January and the reply she is given about February is a non-answer, meant to be another clue imo.

Was there anything in the fraud charges that required him to liquidate his assets?
ETA They sold their home on Jerusalem Rd for 1.38 million on March 17th and bought the townhouse in DC for 1.3 million on March 18th. It appears they sold their home in Cohasset to fund the home in DC. And then started renting the home on Chief Justice General Cushing on March 11th.
May not be just about needing liquidity, but also moving assets around to shield or partially shield against creditors, lawsuits etc. That is without prejudice to her being involved in his frauds, which none of us know. even if not, her assets could still be at risk and they or she could be engaging in tactics to reduce exposure of her assets. I am no expert in how Mass or DC handle joint, or presumed joint or effectively joint, or not, assets. I am half surprised new purchase house is not in a trust, although perhaps that is seen a straw if done after the start of any proceedings.

no gps on his ankle transmitter, only radio waves-so they do not have his route - omg on Channel 7 WHDH Boston 10 minutes ago- with a special guest talking about it. Not all ankle bracelets are gps
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Quote from linked article above:

“A spokesperson with the U.S. Attorney's Office tells WBZ Walshe's bracelet did not use the GPS monitoring that some inmates have. Instead, his used radio frequency that can alert authorities when he left home, without specifying where he went.

"Let's say it's a release for an hour and a half. As long as he's back at the end of the hour and a half they generally let it slip by," said defense attorney J.W. Carney, who has had many clients under home confinement.

"Let's say for example a person passes a hardware store on the way back from dropping the kids off at school and he goes in and buys a couple of things. Generally, that won't be something that will get the probation officer's attention," Carney said.”

If this <modsnip> were from Brockton, he wouldn't have gotten house arrest in the first place, let alone had non-GPS monitoring.

On the positive side that is a late model expensive car, likely with some kind of nav or emergency location kit standard, and itself may give up some location data

I'm not sure why B's father's partner, who must know all about and his thieving off his father, allowed that B could have the keys to the father's house. Odd I thought too, that the will was laying right out it sounds in the document on a desk. It is the person that took the photo of the will though, thankfully for proof that there was a will. I can't image why it took so long to prove that before B sold off a lot of the father's things for huge money and in the process of selling the actual house. His lawyer cousins were aware of this too. He did get stopped, but not before he aquired MORE huge money for it that is GONE they say, that the Florida sister of father and her kids were to get.
Just logging back in.

The partner didn't have a vested interest since he was not a beneficiary and I do not believe that he was still TW's partner. If that was the case, I would probably choose to stay out of any drama between an ex of mine and their mentally ill child about a Will that has nothing to do with me. Also, the way in which a person's estate is dispersed always seems very private. XYZ isn't checking with ABC to make sure that they received their cut.

The fact that the Will was supposedly out in the open actually makes sense since TW met with an attorney prior to his passing. The sister, who was the primary beneficiary, has been described as not caring about things of monetary value. AW enforcing the Will has been about honoring TW's wishes, as well as his explicit directive about who he did not want his money to go to.

It seems that there were only a handful of people that knew of TW dying in India. If BW cared anything for his father, he would have contacted family members and released an obituary regardless of the Will. Final respects are for both the family and the loved one that has passed. So sad to think that TW was dishonored in the way that he was. I don't know the type of life that he led or the man that he was but he certainly deserved more than BW allowed.

I wondered that, as well… the only thing that I could think of to make sense of it would be if the mother had very recently moved to a new home… But I don’t think we have any details that confirm that at this point.
his mother hadn't moved recently.

That same address was on her letter to the courts back in 2019 (or was it 2018?). That's how I knew where she lived. And when I heard that LE was searching the dumpsters from that address, it confirmed that she still lives there now.

His mother stated in her letter to the court that her son visited her very frequently. So suddenly he gets lost, after years of visiting her? It's just unbelievable.

I recently watched a Dateline episode about electronic monitoring not being what people assume it is. I haven't researched it but it didn't seem very proactive to prevent crime. No alarms and notifications going off to LE when someone leaves their home.

More like an attendance call for a high school student. A few tardies and an absence could easily go unnoticed. Takes something out of the ordinary to end up on the radar.

I have been baffled by this whole situation. Did AW know her husband was in long term treatment at a psychiatric facility? Did she know about the situation with BW dad's will? These things are in the public domain in court documents.

This is a far out theory...but is it possible that this whole thing was staged in order to allow her to escape their legal troubles knowing he may be able to use insanity defense? So she escapes and he gets life in psychiatric hospital? I mean they could even plant her DNA/blood. The whole thing seems TOO obvious for a crime. I mean he literally googled how to dismember a body! And bought supplies to get rid of a body. All while in a prisoner anklet. It's just too obvious. And the smile after being arrested.

Or ... He's just really really dumb and evil.

Fully MOO.

BW was authorized to pick up his children from school each day. Therefore there was no abnormality detected. The kids didn't have school on January 2nd so he used that time frame to cover-up his crime instead.

I love that you are thinking outside the box. (Sorry for using that terrible phrase.) And you might be right.

But, I'm just not getting the vibe that this was staged. A sociopath would never take the risk of failing and ending up in jail for someone else.
I think he's that dumb and evil.
MOO.

Escaping without your 3 children isn't an escape for most people. IMO, that is not at all what happened and BW is a sociopath. That smile as he exited the police station is enough to solidify that for me.

I can’t decide if he’s incredibly narcissistic or incredibly stupid.
BOTH
How otherwise intelligent humans can fall for personality-disordered sociopaths...
Love is blind.
I know two highly intelligent female attorneys who both fell for this type.
A con man and good at the con.

One started gaslighting my friend and she came to her senses after he told someone in her family that she was losing it and he was going to take over her finances.
Her mother warned her against him- she just didn’t listen.
She married him and he used her and pumped all the money he could out of her (a lot) by the time she came to her senses.

The second one I met in person too and HE MADE MY SKIN CRAWL as much or more than the first.
He manipulated my friend when she was down and he love bombed her. He was horrific.
He said his mother had borderline personality disorder.
This friend came to her senses and got out of the relationship pretty quickly but not until she started dressing the way he suggested and such. She seriously thought they had a special connection even though she was far out of his league. It was frightening. She did eventually listen to reason and got out. Thank goodness.

I’m still shocked at how blind people can be to these con artists - otherwise intelligent people can fall for these disordered freaks and I’ve witnessed it firsthand more than once.

It‘s a shocking thing to see.

Thanks! The Hull House on the beach is amazing. Location! Location! Location!

The word Peabody is pronounced Pee bah dee by locals. There was, many years ago, may still be, a rather popular hotel in Memphis named The Peabody Hotel that had ducks swimming in the lobby's fountain by day. We said it was: The Pea-body Hotel. Fabulous stay when visiting art tours like the King Tut exhibition.

The couple who spoke in the video from your link really seemed concerned about their situ for the past 6 months. They rented from the Walshe's for four years. It is their apt. Ana owned that was sold the week of Christmas. They described Ana as "rushing to get rid of assets". The gentleman renter said that during their HNY text on the 2nd, BW did not mention his wife even though she was already missing.

The guy doesn't kill people for a living. He is an amatuer. So him, after say killing his wife in some kind of rage; making whole lot of mistakes, or actually a lot of forced bad choices like going to home depot, isn't about being obvious, but simply a blunderer with little choice but to lie about her leaving and little choice about hiding her remains.

I think she knew a lot. That was fine whilst she defended husband.
