Charges against Dee Warner's stepson dropped, expected to be re-filed if 'necessary witness' located

Jaron Warner was arrested in March and originally charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact to a murder.

LENAWEE COUNTY, Mich. — UPDATE: According to a court document obtained by WTOL 11, the charges against Jaron Warner were dropped because authorities were unable to "locate/serve a necessary witness." The document stated the charges will be "re-issued at a later date if/when" the witness is located.
