I find it a bit ironic that the same reasoning that says church members should sue protestors and the DOJ should prosecute them, could also say that temple members in Jesus's day should sue him for overturning the temple tables and chairs, and that the Romans should prosecute him for it.

I think maybe you misunderstand the story of Jesus in the Temple and particularly WHY he overturned the tables and ran off the venders. I think in this case, had Jesus been present, he likewise would have run off the protesters in the same manner. But I don't think it the place for a religious discussion.

Here is Ann Doucette's complaint. She filed it herself.

Complaint for Damages
She should have gotten a lawyer.

It reads like it's attempting to show criminal intent by emphasizing the alleged preplanning and the alleged satisfaction on Don Lemon's face.

The only civil expense she specified was legal fees. (And she filed herself, lol.) I imagine only a very bored lawyer or one very philosophically opposed to free speech will take this case, because the are not taking this case for the money.

I was thinking she might at least be the person who broke her arm, but I would think if that parishioner (if they are real) would have the civil lawsuit problem of the suit morphing to being against their own church.

Where are her expenses?

In my opinion, she just wanted to attempt to bolster the criminal charges.

The Defendants will move to dismiss since the jurisdictional requirements are not met for federal court. The Court will give her a chance to amend it. She maybe can, but she will have to dismiss some of the defendants first or change/better specify the causes of the action.
