Not out of the question...we have no idea who caller was.I'm starting to think that it wasn't a church-goer who called AG but the people who kidnapped NG.

The past four houses we've owned, we never used the front door. Garage door was in front of where we parked in the driveway. We haven’t used our front door since we moved here 35 years ago. We have always come in via our garage. I don’t even carry a key to our front door. The only people who come to our front door are visitors.
Sorry, I did see the one set of lights were damaged/smashed, but didn’t know if all outdoor lights were? Or indoor cameras? The doorbell camera was battery operated and removed, what camera detected moved after that was removed?I guess so but those floodlights are smashed, dangling from the side of the house now.
Agree. I rarely ever enter my house from the front door. I park in the garage when driving or if someone drops me off, I open the garage door with my phone and go in that way.Convenience/might be easier to walk in, especially if it's brightly lit and requires less steps. From footage we've seen, there would be enough room to pull another car in, putting her very close to the door from inside the garage into the house.
Yes, seeing the actual photo of the smashed flood light is alarming. It was hit so hard with an object the brick is even damaged. When there were initial reports of a broken flood light, I was picturing just a non-working light or maybe a broken light lens or cover. Not completely smashed in like that. Clearly intentional and not an accident. The flood lights being destroyed is interesting. I’m guessing they’re asking if anyone close to Nancy knew about that. If it was damaged before she went missing - the person close to her may have also known about that (in the family) beforehand or they caught it via the media although the media, I don’t think, ever picked up on it and reported about it. Would someone actually damage them before they went in and kidnapped her. I doubt anyone went up on the roof at 2am and smashed them. Let’s say the SIL was involved, maybe someone did all this when she was away for a few hours that day. I guess flood lights would help a camera see them. It doesn’t sound like the doorbell detected that someone was at the residence before 2am. Then again, you never know.
They could end up arresting someone and never get to the bottom of who was sending the ransom letters. We may end up with suspicions that the person who did it was also behind them but we never get any hard evidence. I swear if the SIL and daughter are behind this, oh, boy… The media will have a field day looking into these two.
I worked for a CPA firm for 51 years. We would never give thought to exploiting our clients. People with modest incomes as well as high incomes especially those that have lived in the area for 50 yrs have long established professionals they work with all the time. JMO
I agree.I strongly agree with this. I don't see them needing it as a distraction. If you've committed a crime and are trying to evade law enforcement you distance yourself from the crime and stay under the radar. It's seems like the author of this note is purposely seeking attention. We've seen criminals before who find thrill in feeling 'smarter' than LE. They enjoy the thrill of the cat and mouse game. And they enjoy the media attention and notoriety.

If you don’t have Twitter I don’t think you can see the comments so here is that answer / sorry if already addressed. Is this stating one of the two individuals is who they are looking for as a possible suspect? Both have some sort of id badges, LE would be able to see the details better showing here.
In at least one photo with Savannah I have seen her holding a cane. In the first days of this case, it was said she probably couldn't walk more than 50 yards on her own. 50 yards = 150 feet. 150 would be the width of a lot size on a larger home with many homes having a lot width of around 50 feet. It's easier for me to try to imagine distance in that way when thinking of the distance she could walk, probably with her cane, without assistance.Did she have a walker? A lot more room going in through the garage?
I can't say that I blame them:

On Saturday, Feb. 7, investigative reporter Jonathan Lee Riches, said that there was a security guard outside of Annie and Tommaso's home.
Security Guard Hired by Annie Guthrie and Tommaso Cioni During Search for Nancy Guthrie
My theory. Speculation only.
Persons close to Nancy Guthrie who were in dire financial difficulties concocted a hare-brained and desperate plan to hire pro criminals to kidnap her, forcing a wealthy relative to pay the ransom.
They were assured the old lady would be treated well and merely spend a couple of days watching TV in Mexico until the ransom was paid.
Instead, the kidnappers botched the job and Nancy lost her life during the abduction.
The kidnappers continue to issue demands, despite no longer having her alive, and the people who hired them are left holding the bag.
Nancy will likely never be seen or found
Because you can pull right up to the garage door. She gets out, walks on a completely flat, wide surface the length of the garage to the inside door. Why would NG enter her home via the garage and not the front door? This has been bothering me. The entire garage situation is bothering g me.
Did she have a walker? A lot more room going in through the garage?
Exactly, myself too.Yes, seeing the actual photo of the smashed flood light is alarming. It was hit so hard with an object the brick is even damaged. Sorry, could you clarify what you mean by the official timeline? I still see plenty of MSM articles and timelines with this included so I think I missed something. Thank you!Just a side note, but the “eagle eyed churchgoer” and their timely phone call have been left out of the official timeline.
JMO but I think it’s significant that such a significant event is not included.![]()
Re: the doorbell detecting someone before 2am, LE has reported around 945pm the garage door opened for 2 minutes and then closed. They don't tell us anything prior to that. My understanding was that the doorbell cam wrote over itself after a certain period of time because she didn't have a subscription? So they only have a certain number of hours data available. The flood lights being destroyed is interesting. I’m guessing they’re asking if anyone close to Nancy knew about that.
