AZ Nancy Guthrie, 84, (mother of TODAY Show host Savannah Guthrie) missing - last seen in the Catalina foothills area on Jan 31, 2026

This is the quote taken from the PageSix article:
Cioni was the last person to see Nancy — despite previous reports it was Annie — as he was the one to drop his mother-in-law off at her house around 9:30 p.m. Saturday after dinner, according to the New York Times.

PageSix still could have "mis-quoting".. I've certainly seen enough typos in recent days in various Press!
and the 9:30p timeframe is only known because that is the time that HE gave for the drop off. Is there any confirmation that this timeline is correct?

Not sure what is going on here, but I don't think LE normally announces someone is a suspect unless they are on a manhunt. JMO.
or they are making an arrest

Lots of sleuthing of family who have not officially been named as suspects or POI. I guess it's a bit of a grey area if an approved media source reports them as such, but then again, now LE has denied it.
Typically those receive deletes not an entire thread shut down

well... many of us are writing out relative's names. That is one problem.
And using some pretty sketchy sources as well.

One of the posts in here said the pacemaker stopped connecting to the Apple Watch at 2am but I don’t know where that information came from.
A smart watch like Apple and Fitbit will stop connecting if there is no heartbeat. I saw a true crime episode on ID channel where a woman was tied to a chair in her home and robbed. The thief left and the woman died later - that's how police knew her time of death. Not the same as not connecting to a phone or pacemaker, though. If a phone is turned off, the smart watch will stop connecting to it. Also, if the watch is too far away from the connecting device (e.g. phone, iPad, pacemaker)

Has LE come out to confirm or deny anything in Banfield's report? I saw some comments on her video from people saying that LE said that the SIL's vehicle was not impounded and that he is not a suspect.
I haven’t seen anything addressing AB’s claims directly.

Those comments aren’t exactly 100% accurate.

The Sheriff’s post said they haven’t identified any suspect or person of interest. Somehow people have translated that to “The BIL has been cleared”.

the Sheriff also said they would not confirm the rumor that a car was impounded and they didn’t know the source for that rumor. That is not a flat-out denial.

Personally, I’m annoyed that the Sheriff said “she’s alive”. They won’t confirm whether a car was impounded, but he states a WILD “fact” that is the absolute central point of this mystery. JMO.

Can i ask, is pagesix considered a sketchy source or a legitimate one?

They got her out the door, then one stayed with her while another moved the car as close to the door as possible.

It isn't likely the car was parked where it could be seen by the camera. Once the camera was removed, then the car was brought as close as possible in order to get NG inside.

The blood drops accumulated while they waited for the car to be move

Oh my, that seems to be a likely scenario for two. Also for a lone attacker to leave her weakened and helpless to get back in the door by herself to go pull up the car.

all imo

Normally we don't allow random TikTok accounts we will allow this TikTok video. Not all of their videos but this one is fine.
I wish she would have said the blood splatter appears to be going into the house or leaving the house, I'm not sure if that was confirmed yet or not. IMO

Yep, but if there is a lot to delete, the mods may close the thread for the duration of the clean-up.

adult family names are public information, aren't they? Savannah's sister and bil names have been used for the timeline - when the sister (or maybe it was the bil?) dropped Nancy Guthrie off, for example

I hope the thread doesn't get closed - it is an important current case

Sorry to butt in, but please agree to disagree and don't get into a fight, this thread is probably on thin ice as is already.
Please let's not bring ICE into this :) LOL

the getaway car might have been in the driveway close to the house and that's why the blood trail stopped

I'm trying to catch up.

So,
it seems the dinner was at daughter's home?? 🤔

Oh,
I thought it was a celebratory Birthday dinner at the restaurant.

Hmmm.....

JMO
Yes daughter’s home for dinner and then played a game, can’t remember the name of it though, but it’s pretty popular right now.

Guys we can't sleuth the SIL unless Law Enforcement publicly label him a suspect.
Sorry for my ignorance. Is SIL sibling in law not sister in law? Thanks in advance

I will wait to make my opinion when LE makes their arrest. No naming anyone until the arrest.

Wasn't it the daughter and BIL who gave an account as to where Nancy was Saturday evening? If they are suspect then everything they said would need to be taken into account that it could be false. IMO
