It’s a genuine suggestion. The OP claimed no tyre tracks were found in the area and they wouldn’t have walked with her limited mobility. What the?

It is my understanding that LE had a warrant, is that not the case? And Nancy Guthrie could have been behind that door. If they had a warrant, they had every right to get in there and try to find her, time is of the essence in this case.I don't think the reporters should have been all up in her business clearly taking advantage like that.
But at least we the public got to see yet again how LE swoops in and disrupts and traumatizes people's lives, and destroys property.
The realm of possibilities are endless. Lets focus on what WE DO KNOW.Is it possible the suspects used a private helicopter to move Nancy?
Easy for one person to move a person unconscious/no longer alive. I don't even want to follow that train of thought.Someone early on said something about a wheelbarrow. I thought it was ridiculous but after seeing the makeshift blocker with the flowers, anything is possible in this case I guess.
If he is a money mule then his electronic activity might connect him to the next layer but that would still be many layers from the real criminals. Like I said, it's a start. But that's about it.Thank you for these very interesting insights! If he is merely a money mule, could his electronic devices still be useful in catching the kidnappers?
Extremely unlikely IMOIs it possible the suspects used a private helicopter to move Nancy?

I believe the reflective stripes are on the backpack, not the coat. MOOI think the one he has on is old navy or something similar. I’ve owned those with reflector strips before.
Nate! He's in my neck of the woods. He's a good journalist - did a wonderful job reporting on the Chad & Lori Daybell case(s).
No, you can see the unbuckled sternum strap. The stripe is part of the fleece jacket. The horizontal stripe is likely the cheststrap of the backpack
It is.“Recovery” is ominous. Maybe I’m reading too much into it.
Ooops sorry 1/2 a football field. Still a good distance.
Are they using dogs right now? That would make the most sense.I hate thinking it too, but I think you're right. There's a reason LE keeps searching around both residences/neighborhoods over and over. They seem to think she's nearby and so do I. IMO
I think the unbuckled strap is the waist strap. No, you can see the unbuckled sternum strap. The stripe is part of the fleece jacket.
Law Enforcement does that. The bizarre part of his story to me is that he says the police were following the car that his wife was driving. His wife pulled over the car and he got out of the passenger side before the police ever turned on their lights? Who does that?
This is the closest summary I've seen to what I think happened. Great post!High profile celebrity case = nutjobs / scammers trying to gain from the hype imo
How likely is an 84 year old with a pacemaker to have a heart attack from the onset of panic induced by this masked and armed man breaking into her home . What's the balance of probability?
I don't think this was a kidnapping per se , I think it was a robbery resulting in a death of home owner
Perp may have previous for breaking and entering but manslaughter/ homicide wasn't on his bingo card of charges he was willing to take .so he concealed her body
The desert is expansive so plenty of area in which to conceal
This was not a kidnapping done with military precision, with a fine tuned operation from kidnap to demand , perp had to improvise , flowers/ plants from scene used , torch was held in his mouth ,which then transfers spittle onto glove when placing it back in a pocket
The bulk in his backpack could very well be a larger hold all for the loot he expected to gain
Jmo and imo
Few drops? It's a veritable pool.I still don't think that blood is related to the crime. Meaning, she could have lost a few drops of blood at any time, with her elderly skin being so thin and all. It's entirely possible the police only mentioned the blood because the journalist, BE, went up to the front door, saw the blood, and reported on it. That should have never happened. LE should have never let anyone near that house. Because we know the blood is NG's, and if LE thinks it was deposited there during the crime, then BE basically tampered (unknowingly) with the crime scene.
IMO
I think it’s definitely a woman!Agreed.
Walking somewhat stiffly, it would appear ?
At first I thought it was a bow-legged saunter, but more like moving slowly due to padded layers of clothing ?
Wonder if the person is a woman ?
Hmmm.
Omo.
