As for the theory that the disappearances of Kortne, Kelli Bourdeaux, & others and the death of Morgan are the work of one guy traveling around with his military unit:

I think it's easy to get excited about the possibility of one killer stalking & killing all of these similar-looking girls because that's a better option than there being multiple perps to look for. If it's just one perp, then that's only one guy we need to identify, look out for, & catch instead of multiple scary unknown guys (I'm gonna go ahead & assume most of these ladies were "disappeared" by guys for now until I find any evidence otherwise, not that I'm saying it's impossible).

I think it's easy to want to believe or hope that it's only one guy we need to catch to bring justice for these ladies and only one perp out there rather than several perps on the loose.

While I think Morgan's killer has probably attacked and killed others that we don't know about, I'm not so sure he's involved in these other ladies' disappearances, particularly the ones where there are obvious POIs among the persons close to them or last seen to them, such as Kortne's. Kelli Bordeaux also took a ride home from a sex offender the night she disappeared; he is considered a person of interest.

Here is another "missing woman" in Lebanon County .. HOWEVER .. I am wondering why she is considered "Missing" with it already being presented to the media after less than 48 hours. She is 33 and had expressed an interest in going to Philadelphia .. well maybe she found a ride and went? Something seems a bit off with this but I hope she is found safe and it's no relation to Kortnes case.

So we got this guy Willie who posted on Mama's board that he had it all figured out and would present the evidence on March 1st. March 1st came and went and no evidence.

Bob has it figured out too and names names and says he will reveal all by Thursday. That's today. So we're waiting.

Earlier in 2011, Bob shares comments by "Bill" saying he knows who took Toni Lee Sharples. Bill leaves a contact email. It's the same email left on Mama's board. Yeah, Bill, Willie, same guy.

Anyone else aware of any people out there that have the case solved and are ready to reveal all?

I don't know of anyone who claims they have the case solved, however, there are some really bizarre comments that recently appeared on the Prayers for Kortne Stouffer FaceBook page. I have no idea if there is any truth to the comments, but they are a bit disturbing. The comments I am referencing are beneath the post referencing the ABC 27 story.

Yeah that's that chick that claimed all this stuff in the beginning and said she was working with LE and it would be solved. I remember her now .. claimed she knew Milt from Reading where he did something violent before to her and other young women. I thought they blocked her from that page .. maybe it was the other Kortne page .. can't remember.

Jeannie Moody - Thank you to everyone who has sent their well wishes for my sisters safe return. the state police are actively searching for her, you don't always have to wait 24 hours, depends on circumstances. We are all praying that the Kortne case has NOTHING to do with this and that both my sister and Kortne will come home safely. Putting aside the D.A.'s reaction to the flyer and any related discussion about this theory for the moment, did anyone else find Rominger's comments about the sealed search warrant to be interesting?

He mentions that the "seal" on the search warrants was recently renewed and he comments that it is unique to keep the warrants sealed so long. The article includes three bullet-pointed explanations for why a warrant may remain sealed.

I don't have any personal knowledge of these search warrants or the procedure for keeping search warrants sealed in Pennsylvania. However, I recall that there may have been some detail in the earlier news stories suggesting a "forcible kidnapping" or "unlawful restraint' or something to that effect. In the ABC 27 story, the D.A. suggested that kidnapping is still their #1 theory of what happened to Kortne. (I've mentioned this in my earlier posts, and I think it's one of the key points of that recent news story).

I assume that Rominger is up-to-date on the status of the search warrants and that he was read the earlier articles. But, it is clear that LE hasn't shared everything with him, presumably this includes some of the info contained in the search warrants. Additionally, I would bet that the police would have shared additional info with the judge who signed the warrants, based on whatever info & theories they had soon after KS went missing.

What I am confused about is that I thought a poster(s) on this site had mentioned that the language on the search warrants changed (I recall that there may have been two different warrants). If there's a MSM link detailing anything about the language, please post it.

If by some chance, this is based on info not publicly available, pls use your judgment on whether it's a good idea to go into further detail on the search warrants here. I am interested in reading any of the earlier articles that elaborate on this.

I heard a radio spot yesterday by SS. It was about 15 seconds long. Even though it went by very quickly, there was something very heartbreaking about it. The last thing he said was "this message made possible by" and what sounded like "Fill Some Orders". Or possibly a person's name like Phil Som....... I couldn't quite catch it.

I hope this new website, tv & radio spots, a group banding together walking in the parade .. means people are coming back swinging. It's been to quiet for way too long! I guess people have become a bit quiet waiting for "something" to happen, that either she came home on her own or the police had "something" to say. Hearing the DA proclaim there is no new information may have stirred the pot a bit and people want some answers.

Isn't it sad though that "advertisement" for a missing loved one has to be "made possible" by someone and that the networks just can't magically make it happen on their own for their community.

What station did you hear it on Snoop .. CJ from 93.5 has been helpful with "advertisement" with social media and attending fundraisers.

Two of the last to see her that evening have heavy track involvement. MR owns and races horses and CP is a blacksmith. Kortnes family owns horses and her brother rides in rodeos. Her fathers place of business is on the backside of Penn National Track just a few miles down the road.
