The

after watching this I can better understand why BS’s side of the family is helping to support the children.
I'm not sure how to interpret this interview.
(edited here)
She wants to talk to Brad to find out "what happened to him"? Does Brad not have free will?
Is she really trying to say "alcohol" was the problem instead of her murderous son-in-law?
I think I'm missing some context regarding her relationship with her daughter, had they been estranged until recently?
She must be in shock, poor thing.

Here’s the ENTIRE interview with Suzanne’s sister. It helps put a lot of things in better perspective to hear it in its entirety.
It explains her dad calling Suzanne “Jesus” - which didn’t make sense in print but makes sense when you realize he was using the Spanish way of pronouncing Jesus as “Hey Suz” - so saying Hey Suz and nicknaming her Jesus- a play on words.
Her sister does a nice job in the interview.

Just seeing Pommy Mommy and I were on the same track as I’m scrolling up….
She beat me to it!
All IMHO
Her poor family, this is devastating. I'm sure I couldn't compose myself as well as she did while talking to the press.
She was very grateful for all the work LE has done so far.

I wonder if everyone in the family is afraid of Brad?

I think we can now see how everyone in the family would be afraid of the Friends of Brad, also.

Wow. Hadn't expected that.

Woo Boy! I will never understand people who assist in crimes.

My guess is that both of these men have something big to hide beyond her murder. IMHO, people don't go from playing by the book to aiding and abetting..... the story will end with her murder but will probably begin with some shady stuff between the partners.

My thought after reading this new arrest info is he's quiet and uncooperative because of deeper reasons than the murder of his wife.
We know they have a history of shady business dealings - Associate of Suzanne Simpson's husband arrested on tampering with evidence charge

From above:
Valle is also named Suzanne Simpson's husband, Brad Simpson, in a recent lawsuit against his company Cotter Sons, Inc.

Court records reveal that Simpson collaborated with one of the Cotter sons to establish and manage a janitorial company after expressing dissatisfaction with the services at Cotter & Sons facilities. When other executives deemed Premier Facilities Solutions, the company founded by Simpson, to be inadequate, Simpson and his co-founders sold the business to the National Building Service (NBS).

Posted an article upthread on how shady BS was… guess it takes one to know one

IMO Brad Simpsons lies will unravel quickly now.

Even if LE has to put a deal on the table to soften the charges against his business partner because I think he just became the:

The
https://www.expressnews.com/busines...ycoon-james-f-cotter-s-heirs-sue-18921128.php money is often source of evil. Seems that Mr. Cotter Jr. also had financial greed issues. I feel more and more confident that SS knew a lot of information…Jmo
Definitely! She may have threatened him that night.

Not sleuthing the children but I am curious if he's met with them or messaged them. He could be silent in an attempt to protect them.

Now that the partner is in custody LE will have access to his phone and other evidence. I do wonder how they determined he tampered with evidence and hid the gun?

Hopefully the search was successful and she has finally been located.

Have to wonder what the partner knew..........

Trying to be practical here…… but that discontinued alert message above is at ~2:27 pm, presumed to be CST in Texas? The arrest of that former business partner’s son seems just slightly earlier? Maybe something broke loose in the case with that investigation and arrest? Need a fingers crossed emoji. MOO

Ironically, Cotter is facing a third-degree felony – a higher level of charge than Brad Simpson – and a bond which is a quarter of that of Suzanne’s husband.

While DPS officials did not confirm the detail with MySA, KSAT 12 reports a source accused Cotter of attempting to dispose of a weapon for Brad Simpson possibly linked to Suzanne Simpson’s disappearance.
