I'm pretty sure the tunnel and the first set of pods are already there.

Last I head it was still in LA.

It may prolongs the parent's trauma somewhat. But I think each by will be so elated and relieved, to be out of the cave and inside a hospital, with warmth and clean clothes, and good food, they will be fine without Mom and Dad for a few more hours.

And I don't think the first boys out, want to 'celebrate' or be too excited, until their teammates and their coach is out too.

Agreeing with this -- they being so exhausted. Kinda like coming out of surgery... you appreciate someone being there, but really just want to sleeeeeep. I think it's better for the boys to not have the emotional upheaval gushing out quite yet. It's very taxing.

My question is why did 18 divers go in when only 8 were used to bring the four boys out? Two divers per boy.

We keep hearing about the two expert divers who found them, however, I am sure I’ve read about more expert divers who have come to help too. Why are more of these expert divers not being used to get the boys out quicker while the water is low?

Hopefully they will come out faster, but there's no guarantees with any of this. If there are delays, at what point will they abandon this policy and tell the parents? Or will they continue indefinitely?

Let's not forget that Elon also risks his reputation should the pod fail to work on site or even worse and God forbid, something goes wrong with it while a boy is in it ... They were put together rather quickly, right? And tested only for a few hours ...

Our information is that the weakest were selected to come out first. Not sure if that means their physical condition or their ability level in terms of diving but we understand they’re doing well now in hospital

I think it's about that last narrow passage (or first passage, from the boys' point of view) where they only want the best to guide the boys through. Once through that other divers take over. As I understood it (but I could be wrong) Rick Stanton and John Volanthen, the two expert divers from Britain, guided all 4 boys through the first stretch today. They want to repeat that tomorrow, so these two need to sleep.
