Prosecution say that on Jan 10 defendants bought a Renault Clio for £430 cash from a man called David Jones in Littleton.

Yes, I wouldn't have opened the door after that. If they were nice flowers than I'd maybe not be suspicious, but a cheap and anonymous bunch of Chrysanths from someone not in a delivery van or uniform is almost like a warning / hate message. Easy to say in hindsight I suppose. Unless she knew that this female was in the background of her partner's life still.

It would have been pitch black after 9 pm in January as well. Maybe after a strange but uneventful caller a week earlier she had a false sense of security? What a tragedy, what an evil pair of women.

Honestly this pair. If it wasn't a murder trial I'd compare them to Laurel and Hardy. They go to the bother of travelling abroad to buy a taser gun, buying a car for cash with a scarf over her face, buying burner phones, and then stroll around in front of CCTV cameras undisguised, deliver cheap flowers late at night to their victim, and keep a diary of it.
