And blames the children!
Hmmm...
Interesting
that a Defence lawyer didn't ask about a belt

And oh,
about a confession note "I lost it legally punishing my daughter" found in the victim's bed.
Oh,
and the famous emergency call from Islamabad.
And blames the children!
Regarding U's assertions today: A six-month domestic abuse programme would support refraining from any "slapping" whatsoever as it would be a slippery slope. Much like AA meetings encourage alcoholics not even to sip alcohol again. And blames the children!
Once he's finished giving evidence in his own defence he'll be cross-examined by the prosecution, who I'm sure will be asking him in detail about all those things and more.Hmmm...

Hopefully things will get very uncomfortable for himOnce he's finished giving evidence in his own defence he'll be cross-examined by the prosecution, who I'm sure will be asking him in detail about all those things and more.
His pleads weren't loud enough were they ?? Poor abused urfan (extreme sarcasm) what I wouldn't do for 10 mins in a room with a baseball bat and a certain someoneFather begged to save Sara Sharif but was told ‘Leave it, she’s dead’ – court heard.
Jurors heard that Sharif initially decided to take the blame for Sara’s death and go to Pakistan
after Batool claimed that
another child had injured her.
Mr Mian suggested that Sharif had wrongly been cast as the
“villain of the piece”
because he only disciplined her with a “slap”.
Sharif had been working when Sara collapsed at home last August 8
and Batool told him to
“come home”,
the court heard.
Mr Mian told jurors:
“He came home and found her upstairs,
with Beinash Batool, limp.
He will tell you that he asked
‘What the hell has happened?’,
as any one of your number would.
“Having been told what had happened, he said
‘I will take the blame’.
“He will tell you that he attempted CPR,
that he begged for an ambulance to be called as he did CPR.
"And he was told in Urdu or Punjabi
‘Leave it, she’s dead,
leave it, she’s dead".

So the latest from the link Dotta posted above, Batool told Sharif that Sara's older brother was responsible for what happened to Sara; and that her children were not going into care because of his child's actions. That's why they had to go to Pakistan.
