What is your #1 top indicator that Terri IS responsible for Kyron's disappearance?

I suppose I'm not very hopeful that he'll be back in school but if he should miraculously return it would be the best for him to have his old teacher and his old class back IMO. Spending several months who knows where with some [unusual people] would be a trauma and IMO he would feel safer upon returning if he wasn't thrust into a new class with all new classmates and a new teacher.

Or it could be too traumatic to be in the same school with the same people who were there when he was taken. I don't know ... whatever they do, I pray they go slowly and monitor him closely (I'm sure Kaine will do that).

What "guys" received sexts from TH? All I'd heard about were the allegations with MC. Link, please.

"Naked" pictures? I hadn't read specificially that they were "naked." Although it can't be linked here, there has been speculation and comments that the photos were taken by MC and primarily involved her bodybuilding pictures. If this has already been discussed, my apologies.

The "sexting happened over several months?" With whom? For how long? Again, what I've seen so far is that there was a brief "sexting" incident with KH good buddy MC. How long was she sexting various "guys"? I would appreciate a link to this.

As others have noted, sometimes people behave inappropriately. There's a lot of "sex" talk in the internet. Not saying it's right, or wrong, but I'd like a clearer definition of a) what that particular group of LE considers "sexting" b)what the photos actually are and c)which phone(s) did they come from and d) did anyone else have access to her phone while in her home?

Not saying anything here except--there are some very logical questions I'd like answers to. And again, some links to help me with the sexting guys (plural) over several months. TIA.

I recall a case, from back in the times of cave people, where it became rather contentious at trial as to whether the female accused, a cave woman of ill repute, had made sexual overtures to a cave man via petroglyphs, drawings in the sand with a stick, verbal grunts, or whether, indeed, she'd made sexual overtures to him at all. Quite a case.

Who said "hack"? I just said prove to me it was Terri sending them. If she set her phone down at any time during the day or night, prove to me someone else didn't pick it up to send the pics.

The worst case scenario is Terri sent them herself; but this is not evidence Terri did anything to Kyron; this is evidence that Terri "ugly coped" after her husband took off with her baby and slapped her with an RO and divorce papers.

But like I said, I have serious doubts.

the order never says terri sent any pictures of herself to mc via cell phone nor does it say that terri gave mc any photographs of herself.

kaine's attorney simply says le told her mc had several photographs of terri. No mention of how he came to have them.

What does it matter if she sent the photos via cell phone, emailed him the photos or printed some and gave them in a sealed envelope?

If she allowed him to have unsupervised access to her laptop giving him an opportunity to sneak some copies of her sexy pics without her knowing anything about it she has been a very stupid girl, IMO.

Did he steal her photo albums or hack her computer and cell phone somehow? Isn't it a crime? Has she reported it?

Engagement in this kind of activity would be a VERY good motivator to send a teenage son away. Almost every teenager I know has grabbed mom, dad, or sibling's phone at some point and posted a "funny" Facebook statement. Usually they are something like "I love my middle child best". One I know of posted on her mom's FB via iPhone "I must be getting old, I just peed my pants and had to start buying Depends today". Har. But imagine a teenage boy grabbing his mom's phone to sneak a peek and seeing nude photos and sex-talk from her to a strange man!

I wouldn't assume that. I work from home in an adult industry. :angel: I have pictures and text on my laptop and my computer that I do not let my children see. (not necessarily of me)

My children have their own computer, but if they have to use mine, they log in under "guest". If someone wants access to my part of the computer, they have to know my user name and password. (they don't and could not guess it.)

My private papers and pictures are inaccessible to anyone unless they are logged in under my name. My history does not show up under the guest profile.

There are ways to keep the adult side of your life confidential from little ones and others who do not need to see.

Some of the companies I have worked for have texting as an option. Men will pay to send/receive tame and/or naughty texts from women. (sometimes it is men actually doing it from what I'm told, but...anyway...the guys are talking to a "woman".)

And of course teens will talk "naughty" sometimes. Whether they are in person, on the phone, emailing or texting. That's just them testing their new "adult" selves.

A bit of context. Does anyone else remember the "between the sheets" game? You take a song title and then add "between the sheets" like this:

Twist 'n Shout between the sheets
Afternoon Delight between the sheets
Harper Valley PTA between the sheets (think of the lyrics!)

etc.

The "in my pants" game has variations. One is to say something and add ".....in my pants." Intended to be a little risque word play. Like "team practice tonight....in my pants." Or "Need a ride...in my pants?"

Another version is to add, say, a book title. One forum I'm on has a books/writing section and someone started the game. So we have things like The Man of La Mancha.... in my pants, Crime and Punishment... in my pants.

Etc.
