JVM just said that DB was at the hotel she and crew were at, and he was ready and willing to to take the stand for Jodi but the defense did not call him.

I think if she chooses that factor, she will alienate a Juror who may have had any undecided sympathy for her. She needs to find something other than religion, Travis's abuse, or being a pedophile.

If they want true emotions shown by Jodi during the penalty phase, it will have to be about her. That she could have been a great photographer, artist, model, etc., etc. She will cry then for things she will never do..not for the loss of Travis.

We have all been throwing ideas against the wall, so here is one more.... Jodi's financial matters were in dire straits when she moved back to CA. Travis said he had caught her scamming him. I wonder if she could have tried to forge his name and change the beneficiary of his will to herself...
