It is our experience that if you buy firewood and have it delivered, it would likely be put outside the fence gate. They won't carry it to far from their truck.

Why is a 4 year old too young to go to the grandparents? Could be the grandparents didn't have room for 5 or 6 kids in their house or taking on 6 kids was simply too many considering how active and moody 3 and 4 year olds can be.

IMO, she was put in the woods because the neighborhood was on lock-down and the killer couldn't get her out of there. I think the perp realized they were going to get caught, put her in the woods and committed suicide.
