Unless perhaps there were multiple hanging pictures in the kitchen and they were describing which one... I could see it either as the wooden ones described or this...in the case of splatter of a liquid or perhaps damage (hole in canvas) that would lead them to believe there had been a struggle...
Reminds me of the man (Japanese I believe?) That left his son in bear-infested woods as punishment and when he drove back the boy was missing. They eventually found the boy 6 days later...
Edit: I see now 2 others also brought this case up! GREAT MINDS.

When you say adoptions are rare, do you mean on the part of the adopting family or on the birth family (as in its rare to put a child up for adoption)? Or perhaps both?
Thank you!

By them I meant FBI have not entered or exited...the parents I don't know where they are, but were NOT at the house.

The last update I saw on Twitter various reporter's had them still at the house, with no one entering or exiting for about the last hour at time of post. I believe this was posted at about 10pm TX time.
Updated with more precise time of post.

It's truly awful.
Prayers for every little one, and every parent or guardian struggling to always be the best they can be, even when they are tired and frustrated. THE alternative...not trying... is so much worse.

No problem. I may have worded it funny. I just don't think we should all immediately assume that because of the time delay that whatever occurred was planned or even wanted...while I think there was probably abuse occurring due to the tree milk story, it could be that it escalated in a way no...
In this case absolutely not. But in the Ramsey case I believe the grand jury shares the same sentiments I and many other have.
My point was that even if a death was completely accidental without premeditation and a true tragedy, parents may fear the police and public response and attempt to...
Catching up so excuse if someone has asked already, but is it usual for the ankle monitoring and passport surrendering to be done? I've not heard of a case where this has been done, but perhaps since the crime occurred in a border state it's common practice? TIA to any more familiar than me...
I'm catching up, but I've seen a few people here use strangling when they mean choking. IIRC to strangle often is to cut off oxygen to the brain. It takes longer than choking, and allows the victim to be verbal to a point. To choke is to cut off oxygen to the lungs, meaning you can't make sound...
Absolutely. I think he never saw it or if he did had no knowledge of what it contained or could tell via pings, etc.

Realized I am way behind (as new thread posted) but in response to a previous post about DN possibly leaving the phone there as an exhibitionist:
I can't help but think if he saw the phone he'd either take it as a trophy/to watch video, take it to avoid it falling into cops hands, or destroy...
Also how does one find the scanner thread? I did once before but now that I'm using the tapatalk app I have no idea how to navigate (although reading and replying in the main thread is easier).

Maybe I'm just lost, but why is thesensitivechild an authority on either BG or DN? I had been a lurker for a long time without posting and then when it seemed like a dry spell gave up following until very recently, so I understand if I may be the one confused.

Unless he took it...not inconceivable. But also doesn't mean there wasn't just another red car there that day with no connection.
