GUILTY - Sidney Moorer, Obstruction of Justice Trial, Heather Elvis case, 28 Aug 2017 #1

Probably wanted to go somewhere that they knew there would be no witnesses as to who was driving/exiting the vehicle

GUILTY - Sidney Moorer, Obstruction of Justice Trial, Heather Elvis case, 28 Aug 2017 #1

Knowing now that HE tried to text the payphone, I think he was setting her up. If he was honestly pouring his heart out to her about leaving his wife I feel like he would have mentioned at some point that he was on a payphone.

It's an actual T-Pain song being played at the club they were at.

I have never put much stock in the photo that was put together by looking at the DNA because it sounds like there may not be much science going into that approach so far. I do think the data from the DNA is important though as it does define a broad group from which the perp likely originates.

Lori Ruff Identified as Kimberly McLean of PA

What would they say? Almost any kid that I hung out with in my neighborhood in the 80s all I could say was "yep I remember that kid" or "no I don't remember that kid".... doesn't seem like there's any story there to report. I would think if there are any stories of interest it would be from...

From the lab that analyzed the DNA: “You can be very confident that this is not a white person. This is not a person of African descent. This is a person who is very strongly Native American and European mixed ancestry or Latino," said Ellen Greytak, director of Bioinformatics at Parabon...

I'm not sure if the DNA has been linked to the bottle. It is linked to the pen and the semen: http://abcnews.go.com/US/police-release-facial-image-identify-murdered-unc-students/story?id=42312443

Yeah... I mean I've always assumed that up until the point where someone was murdered, this was a normal Friday night for everyone involved (up to and including the door being left unlocked, if it was left unlocked). I've never gotten the impression that the partying until the morning with...

Sidney & Tammy Moorer, Contempt of Court Hearing, Heather Elvis case, 31 July 2017

Who can blame him for never guessing in a million years that his daughter would've been abducted and murdered when the worst thing she'd ever done was have an affair with a married guy? Most people would assume it was just a 20-year-old doing 20-year-old things and that she would be back for her...

I don't think Time Out delivers. If that is an option it is probably one of those third party services. In which case no Time Out employee would be driving anywhere.

I doubt we will ever know (unless he tells his story someday) but it sounds as if those who PM'ed with him believed that he was telling the truth. Which means that she probably did lie to him too.

The Phone Calls in the early morning of Dec.18, 2013 (both PayPhone & cells)

I think this is possible, and I also think that it is possible that he claimed he was leaving his wife (and convinced her it was true) because it was a set-up.

Sidney & Tammy Moorer, Contempt of Court Hearing, Heather Elvis case, 31 July 2017

The fact that he had a relationship with this girl, and was able to give the police interview soon after he and/or his wife murdered her without sobbing or looking distraught, proves to me that this guy is absolutely a cold, sick mf. I get pretty steamed whenever I see articles or comments that...

Still Missing NC - Zebb Quinn, 18, Asheville, 2 Jan 2000 *Arrest in 2017*

I know Zebb's mom put it out there that she thought the car was left close to her place of work as a message to her, but that's just not an assumption I'm ready to make. It was very close to the hospital, but I don't think the downtown/'city' part of Asheville is that big anyway. These are all...

Still Missing NC - Zebb Quinn, 18, Asheville, 2 Jan 2000 *Arrest in 2017*

I've always thought it was very possible that the car was stolen. If Owens abandoned it with the keys left inside someone else could have found it and used it until it was left in that parking lot. The only thing that doesn't go along with that is the drawing on the windows of the car (but that...

Suspect: RYAN ALEXANDER DUKE, in custody

I've seen a lot of posts here saying that Duke was a former student of TG's, but I have not seen that reported in the press. It has been announced only that he was a student at the school that TG taught at, not that he was in any of her classes. Is there a MSM source for this information or is...

Suspect: RYAN ALEXANDER DUKE, in custody

Could be that the police have always known that she was killed in the home but held that back so they would know when they found the right guy. ...or it could be like the McStay case and the police just missed any evidence even though they searched the place.

NC NC - Faith Hedgepeth, 19, UNC student, Chapel Hill, 7 Sept 2012 #1

A thought that I had about the writing recently: Could it have been Faith and a friend writing on the bag to each other while talking to someone on the phone or in the backseat of a car while talking to someone up front? (In which case I would think the tone is the type of exaggerated...
