Incorrect. Landgate records the date on which the Transfer form was lodged at Landgate for registration. This usually happens immediately after Settlement takes place (often the same day).

Not necessarily. They may have obtained familial DNA from a male relative of his which indicated a close match to the other DNA they had from KK and CG.

Agreed, however these days kids join a little aths club (a suburban club, not a school club) and have intraclub and interclub competitions. They don't compete against private or public schools.
