I tried to put myself in his shoes, but I realized it was an exercise in futility. I cannot begin to understand how anyone could kidnap someone, put her in his trunk, do god-knows-what-else with her, and then refuse to tell where she is.

Well, as others have pointed out, we don't really know about all of the evidence that LE has in this case, so it's almost impossible to say at this point, IMO.

Excellent, excellent point. From practically nonstop communication (or attempts at communication) to radio silence. Since she had already used EA's phone, it stands to reason that she would continue to do so if she willingly got into his car.

I just keep thinking, What have you done with SN, Boots?! [emoji1] Sorry, the migraine meds make me a little loopy.

Of course not, but I wouldn't find it more reassuring to know he was walking down the street with the sisters, mothers, daughters, etc of people in another country, either. Steve, I think we're going to need to agree to disagree on this one. [emoji6]

I know the sentiment expressed in your last paragraph is common, but I find it confusing. How is it better for a sociopathic killer to walk freely down the street in another country? I just think prison is the best option to keep a killer from killing again, as imperfect as it is. And if it...

Bringing part of post by SaintGirl from end of last thread: "Can I assume that's the biggest problem you have with this scenario but not the only? :)" Ha! I don't think that's even the biggest problem I have with this scenario -- just the one on which I chose to focus. [emoji4]

Maybe they are concerned he poses a risk to other women? I certainly have that concern.

Ducking down in the backseat would make sense in that scenario -- getting into the trunk willingly?! Never. JMO.

One problem I have with that scenario: Why would EA take the fall for someone else?

    GUILTY MI - Chelsea Bruck, 22, Frenchtown Twp, 26 Oct 2014 #2

I've noticed several people (in various forums, not just this one) frequently point out that they've never followed a case on WS that turned out to be human trafficking. I think they must be referring only to cases that have been resolved, because there's a chance that the unresolved cases could...

Does anyone else here use Tapatalk to read/reply on WS? If so, can you see posters' signatures? I cannot, and just wondering if it's just my phone or what.

LOL No matter how I try to express my point, I'm obvsly communicating very poorly, so I'm dropping it here and now. [emoji6]

Ohhh wouldn't that be great if he confessed? I don't know how he can stand to keep silent, knowing the agony he's causing Christina's family.

It's not about taking anything personally, it's about countering erroneous views that were being presented as reality. I won't be surprised if the defense attorney does try to make an issue out of ADHD and EA's Adderall use, as defense attorneys often rely on the public's biases & commonly...

Awesome, thanks for the link! Gonna grab that pot o' coffee & get to reading. Also, LMAO @ no known psychopathy to date -- raising my coffee cup to my sister in ADHD! [emoji1]

Thanks, Batman's Mommy! I think it makes sense... lol I haven't been up for very long (PST), so probably should drink another cup of coffee, and read it again. [emoji6]

Is it? lol I figured it was a stupid question, but it keeps bugging me, so thought I'd throw it out there. [emoji4]
