Amanda.... I gave too much credit to ReHo during my posts here. I just couldn't believe before that she really knew about all of this....or even worse that she could have had anything to do with it. I was so wrong. Who is she? Great question. That woman has been in my house (years...

From wibw13 "A source close to the case tells 13 News authorities were led to the remains by Rebecca Hollister. They were found buried in a shallow grave in a ravine." Every gut instinct I had about Rebecca Hollister couldn't have been more wrong.

there just really are no words. Rita...I read your poem this evening. It is absolutely beautiful. I am so proud of you....so I can only imagine how proud your Mom must be....looking down on her wonderful and beautiful family.

Rita...after reading your post I just can't do anything but cry. Your message goes to the heart of one of my first posts here. How do we tell our children that bad things like this happen! We shouldn't have to. It is all senseless and crazy and bizarre and heartbreaking. I had a talk...

I am right there with you. I think I have paced the floor since I first heard that the search was continuing at the RH property. And the latest news article says the search could continue for the next week. It is excruciating. Rita...since this whole nightmare started I kept wishing...

All I can do is pray. The Hiawatha World story puts so many questions in my mind. It is hard to know what to hope. Well, other than that I hope and pray that ANYONE involved in this pays dearly.

I am not 100% positive on this...though I am embarrassed to say so since I worked at the brown county courthouse for awhile....but I think that the jailers wear sheriff's department officers uniforms. However, in my heart, I don't think that he went to Pat's door in a uniform. He didn't have...

You may be completely correct, but don't forget that there are signs at the house that Pat didn't leave there willingly.

Everything that I have heard indicates that Mr. H talks alot. I really think that during the drive he was spouting about what he was going to do. Now Mrs. H. is alive and able to repeat everything he said to her. As to whether or not Mr. H took Pat away from the home by himself. In my...

I don't believe that Mrs. RH was involved. Just my gut feeling. Did she know about it after the fact? Did she keep quiet about things she knew? Maybe...no one really knows. I think that whatever "lured" Pat from her home was much more sinister.

I don't know what the law is. Maybe there will be civil rather than criminal charges from the truck driver. Or maybe after court today it will be more clear exactly what charges Mr. RH faces.

Thank God he is arrested. Although personally I would have been more satisfied had it been an arrest for Pat. I absolutely think the heat was too hot for Mr. RH. I believe he knew that his arrest was "iminent" and I believe he wasn't going to "go down that way". I think he was absolutely...

Everyone wants to see this case solved. By my post I meant that now charges will most likely be filed against RH in Brown County. Hopefully official charges are also filed against him in Atchison County as well.

Sorry for the back to back posts...but another interesting thought occured to me. This accident happened in Brown County. Pat went missing from her home in Atchison County. So now there are attorneys in two counties who will be involved in this case.

Maybe too much credit is being given to Mr. RH. Don't forget that Mrs. RH was in this vehicle and maybe not "on board" with dieing in a head on collision with a semi. If she grabbed the wheel she could have very well been responsible for avoiding the head on collision that Mr. RH was aiming...

I don't believe that a car was rigged...although I see where you are going. It would just be too much of a coincidence that the car would lose control and hit a semi. (Rumors are that it was a semi with a tanker trailer...anyone else hearing that?)

It is all just too much to comprehend. For those of us that are local there are a million "rumors" flying around and that makes it even harder to try to wrap your head around everything that is happening. In my opinion...it just can't be a coincidence. I guess that is the only opinion I...

Please understand that I believe that if she knew about it she absolutely is just as guilty. I 100% agree. And the fact that I don't think she was directly involved isn't a statement on my part as to whether or not I extend any sympathy. Having said that, I don't know Roger at all. If he has...

The rumor mill has talked about cows being exchanged. But the rumor mill has reported lots of stuff that I take with a grain of salt. I don't know how large the property is where the Hollister's live, but I think if it is more than even 20 acres that it would have been possible for a truck...

My gut reaction is that Rebecca didn't know about this. But I sure do hope she talks. It seems like she would have ALOT of information that would solve this case in a hurry. Having said that, I guess I just don't understand why an arrest hasn't already been made. I pray for patience for the...
