I haven't followed this case closely enough to remember all the details, so correct me if I'm wrong, didn't the video surveillance expert testify about the identity of the persons seen in the hangar video? I remember he testified that one man was wearing a satchel. Was he able to make a positive...

SnooperDuper, thanks for answering my question. I like the variety of different takes on a witnesses testimony and court proceedings.
You do a fantastic job of transcribing tweets. :) I especially like the purple ink.. It's easy on my eyes.
I wonder what rumours were floating around, either on the street or on fb and twitter, that would cause MH to tell CS to "check the farm". Maybe MH thought that was a logical place that DM would hide the truck? Or had MH heard rumours about LB maybe being buried there and LE should look there...
I agree, billandrew. DM completely underestimated the cops. I think he was completely caught off guard by the immediate response of 150 officers and detectives that were hot on his trail within hours of his arrival at TB's home.
The moving around of the evidence and where TB's cellphone was...
A trophy.... Ugh, you may be right. It's possible too that he handed it to CN (that's whose closet the machine was in?) instructing her to throw away or destroy but she chose to hang on to them like the letters.
I'm also glad it survived to be used as evidence....
I wonder why he didn't destroy it.... Maybe he was planning to edit somehow so only SM was on the video tape and use it in the future for extortion or blackmail purposes. Moo
Was this also the same day that police updated the description of one of the suspects, that he had the word "Ambition" framed in a box, tattooed on his wrist?
I respectfully disagree.
Robert Gerald testified saying:
there was "one particle consistent with gunshot residue" in the tray portion of the toolbox. He says that means a firearm was either discharged nearby, or discharged and then placed inside, or handled by someone with GSR on their hands...
I agree. I think MH was definitely not a member of the inner circle, and was only occasionally called to participate in missions. His participation was such that he really had no idea of the specifics of the jobs he was scouting for. I think that was one of the primary reasons DM used MH to hide...

I think that killing the owner of the truck they planned to steal, who happened to be TB, was always part of the plan. DM and MS had escalated from burglary to armed robbery/murder.
I think what wasn't in the plan was that TB would be shot inside the truck. I'm speculating that the original...
Thank you to the team of members who have been doing such an excellent job following and posting the trial tweets daily. I've been reading here today and have found that, even tho many of the tweets are similar to each other there is so much more detail available and it has greatly improved my...
IMO, Schlatman is definitely still lying, especially about not knowing that he was working in a "chop shop". He must have had suspicions about TB being murdered and DM MS being involved. Most of his testimony rang false to me.
Yes it does indeed. A rather nasty character, imo, considering the charges against him. This is the first time I've seen that article. I admit I've read very little media and have only been following the trial by tweets and Adam Carter's daily write ups and some of Brocklehurst blog.
