Agreed, she is showing class, courage, and wonderful grace during a terrible time. Just beautiful that she can recognize their pain as parents, even though their daughter did a disgusting thing to hers.

I'm wondering what the purpose of asking her to be on the show is if not to have her simply explain/talk about their relationship and the Jodi she knew. It would be insane to attack the childhood friend of JA just for knowing her and refusing to lie for God's sake.

That's the impression I get. I think that's also why she wishes she had put her on her makeup, because she thinks Det. Flores can be manipulated by her ~feminine wiles~, so to speak, and honestly probably isn't very good at interacting with other women.
