I disagree. My ex husband was a good man and father before he was introduced to coke and crack....and like others here have suggested I believe he began abusing due to untreated ADD. A few years after our divorce he was so wrapped up in his addiction and obviously not attractive to "normal"...

My point being in a lot of states the custodial parent is automatically given benefits to cover the child support not being paid no matter the income of said parent. I was supporting 3 children on less than 30,000 and could only get Health benefits and nothing more according to welfare...

It's true. Maybe if both parents are incarcerated but I didnt get a dime for 3 kids and he now owes 29,000 in back child support.

Not that it is relevant but children of incarcerated individuals are not entitled to any type if welfare. At least not in Texas.

Maybe she IS hiding. I mean DH didnt shoot her there was a bullet left. I could see her thinking she would be in trouble for or at the very least investigated because the gun was hers. Shes young she had just gotten in trouble and lost custody. I doubt she trusts law enforcement.

Do you all know who Mickey Sullivan is? He posts ( and blocks folks) on the TLLOM fb. He seems to have personal knowledge on local reporters there. Says he does not know those involved but sure seems to be very protective of JD. Just trying to figure out how he is involved in so much spin.
