Apparently she has an advocate from the missing pieces network who scheduled the dr Phil interview , not sure if she has a local advocate designated on her behalf. there is clearly a disconnect beyond language barrier - because she was saying she hasn’t been receiving updates from law...

I’m not counting on learning anything new Just hoping it will bring some exposure to the case. Would like to see them donate any compensation they receive from appearing on the show toward the reward fund but not counting on that either ..

I don’t know about the advocate but “the spokesperson” had never met Noema or the family until the first press when she volunteered her services. When Dulce first went missing but prior to her becoming spokesperson she was critical of Noema on social media referring to her as a bad girl etc...

After the family spokesperson reported new searches by both dive and K-9 units were to be started within the week there was an official statement issued that no new officials searches were in fact planned. I believe it was the BPD police chief who was quoted in the article by the advocacy group...
