While I do think she has something to do with it and certainly hold her responsible for being drunk, it's a good thing there are laws to protect her rights. If the time comes where there is evidence to convict her than that's what will happen. Until then, I do believe we can be critical but...

Yes. But the motorcyclist is the one who picked Jersey. He was not from the neighborhood, I think. You do bring up the point that might be the "issue" here. We have various sightings but no descriptions that match. Husband and/or wife (still don't know who saw what, too conflicting for me)...

Mostly you see a white blob moving. It's grainy footage. If it's something, I hope (and assume) LE has or will check it out.

If the search warrant said they took a piece of carpet, that's what they took. No reason to lie in an official document. It must have been what was relevant to take. We have no idea what the bedroom looked like before any of this happened, so one "grand tour" to show there's still intact carpet...
