Hi! I haven't commented in forever, but I have been following this case closely.
Just thought I would drop in to say that it seems to me that Brad takes a sip of water (in the deposition) just after he has lied or had to answer an uncomfortable question. I watched the deposition when it...
Could Casey's statement that went something like "They haven't even found the clothes yet" be related to a return visit to the remains site and what she saw there? I don't remember the details about where Caylee's clothes/clothing parts were found and if this could be possible. Could Casey...
Could it be that they determined that the vaccuums had been replaced (like the washer and dryer) so there was no need to test the new ones? I don't know if it has been established as fact that the washer and dryer were replaced, but if they were it's not a stretch (at least to me) to think that...
I just posted part of an article in the media links thread about the DNA testing of officers. Interesting that not all officers have been tested yet given that this testing began months ago. Hmmmmm...

I don't know what kidnapping charge you are talking about, but in my state at least the DA's office certainly does bring charges they don't believe to the Grand Jury. I was on a Grand Jury, and we heard several cases that the DA didn't believe but brought to us anyway so that we could decide if...
Great sleuthing everyone! So, why would they switch/hide/get rid of a car seat? What evidence might have been in the car seat? How does this fit in to your theory of the crime?
(I have no idea!)
Just a thought... I don't have any experience with dead bodies  , but it seems like it would be hard to put a dead (already) body into a fetal position. Why would you do that anyway? My guess would be that Caylee died in the fetal position if that is what the outline indicates...
OK, I don't know/remember all the details like most of you do, but could the shovel have been to lift up/loosen some pavers? Perhaps she needed help getting pavers lifted out of the dirt, something to shove under the edge (rather than fingers) to get them loose. Could the indentation have been...
