There are 3 parts of closing arguments

SA goes 1st and they can have different attorneys to do closing
DT goes 2nd and they can have different attorneys to do closing too
Sur rebuttal closing by SA AND ONE CAN DO IT..

That's what I thought. Thanks!

The State has come in full force to refute Cindy's statements. I didn't think they would go this far.

I think that day she testify when the 911 call was made-she had the world and maybe the jury feeling sorry for her.. Now the SA wants to make sure they know she would do anything to get ICA off!

Investigators from Sheriff's office saying on further review, they didn't find any evidence of searches Cindy claims she made

So JB is arguing that the keywords might have been deleted? Didn't the previous witness do the unallocated space/deleted search? LOL!

I hope the jury is taking lots of notes.....unless their minds is already made up in regards to guilty/not guilty

As I understand it, the State of Florida does the closing statement last. The State is the last voice the jury hears.Oops- the state goes first, the defense goes next and the state does rebuttal- so the state is the last voice heard.

Does Baez think he's going to confuse the jury? Cause that's all he's got.

Might be hard to do when there are IT experts on the jury who can answer any questions other jurors have during deliberations. :great:

oh,sweet niblets ...he did not just say.....I know you and I know what we are talking about....
then he makes a statement, and she says ........No....lol

Hannah Montana reference! Sweet Niblets!

Baez suggests the search could be overwritten.

LDB cleans it up-- it would be fragmented.

The witness looks like she's having a hard time not breaking out in laughter over JB's question.

It would only get overwritten if the hard drive got full.
Then the deleted files would be overwritten for more space.

I guess there can be no question in the jurors minds now
