Two friends have come out in the media as being with him that night, Calvin A. Johnson and William Papas Kennedy. WK is a pro basketball player from Liberia who is now living in MN and is a friend to CJ. CJ claims he saw Henry leave with WK around 1:40AM

All three of these men appear well known within the Liberian community in Minneapolis which is very tight knit, they go to common churches, have forums and community events so there is bias by most being quoted in the media, particularly the MCPS.

Members of McCabe's union, the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees, or MAPE, said his dedication makes his disappearance even more unusual. McCabe was very active as a political volunteer with MAPE and served as a former local union president. He was also an advocate active in lobbying for paid parental leave.

The only confirmed voicemail was on KMs phone. I believe Fox9 misrported on the voicemail being left for the brother. It sounds to me like the brother was just the one to come forward with it to the media.

Odd time for a visit... the 10 year old should have been in school.

Eta... and I presume since the kids are staying with grandma, the 10yo has been enrolled in school in ca... kind of unusual. ..

Its very possible she was leaving him but I'm not so sure.
I think she went to visit her MOM and he went out like most men do when wife and kids are gone.
This is a very colorful African club and restaurant.
I want to know who he was with that night.
I have not read or seen anywhere where they have said who he was out with.

Also I know I made a joke about Coyotes a few pages back, but does anyone actually think the growls could be a dog, like a rottweiler or something equally vicious?

Unless they home school!
Schools in the north east don't begin till after labor day.
I don't know when she went to calif or if they were due back I'm not so sure they were splitting they have a baby,

With the news person yammering over the audio I never heard any animal growling
 
Calvin Johnson was among the group searching. Johnson said he, McCabe and other friends visited a club on Sept. 6. But McCabe, an advocate for paid parental leave, never made it home.

"That is the mystery in the whole story because the person (that he left with) said that he offered to take (McCabe) home and he said he wanted to be dropped off at this filling station," Johnson said. "I don't know if he was meeting somewhere here or what. I last saw him around 1:40 a.m."

I think that's what WK said he did, but I don't think that's WHAT he did.
It seems many others have questions too.
 
But then again wouldn't he have been seen by someone at this place he was dropped off or on CCTV?
 
I read an article that said she was there preparing for their move there, and a different one that said she was visiting. I'm leaning toward the move explanation since the first day of school was 9/8. She would have come back earlier, IMO.

Yeah you would think so, although LE may not have realized it could be the second SA until it was too late. The initial reports were a SA on Central (65). Once LE got the phone records, the timeline just didn't match up (if WK left with Henry around 1:40, they would have been at the SA before 2AM, but the pings put him near Mississippi Blvd and Silver Lake Rd instead. There IS a SA there, so if WK meant that one, things add up, but by the time LE knew of this possibility the CCTV footage may not be available. Either way they are denying having confirmed or acquired any footage. All we have is the one quote that KM was told by LE that Henry is not on video from the SA on 65.

Edit: Apparently WK was questioned by LE but never interrogated. That post I mentioned on Calvin Johnson's Facebook page sharing WK's interview has CJ stating this. :rumor:
 
In regards to an animal attack, could it possibly have been a cougar? With the ammunition plant in Arden Hills being cleaned up and developed, it could be pushing whatever wildlife has been living there for years more into the cities. It's rare, but there have been cougar sightings in the cities and he might have been walking through the woods back there. Seems far fetched, but who knows.
