from the link - "Registered sex offenders are allowed to live with children as long as they don’t commit crimes against them, she said"

WTF!!!!! WHY IS THAT!!!!
That cannot be correct??? Wtf

And obviously no monitoring of the every 90 days checking in with sheriff because he didn't register until 2022 and the aunt said when she notified the PD recently about him and residing with children they said they weren't aware of him... Smh

The bodies of Holly and two of her children – Michael and Tiffany – were found together outside on the property, which the McFaddens were renting, Prentice said. The bodies of Ivy, Brittany and Rylee were found separately, about 150 yards apart from each other, he added.

The scene “appeared to be staged,” the chief said, adding he believes the victims’ bodies were moved after they were killed.

The act of leaving a victim's body in an unusual position is a conscious criminal action by an offender to thwart an investigation, shock the finder and investigators of the crime scene, or give perverted pleasure to the killer.

In a previous position I worked in the justice system, we had an RSO that lived with his girlfriend and her kids. He violated the terms of his status by taking them to school, because he was not allowed within 800 ft of the school.

Another RSO was babysitting for a probationer.

The terms of the RSO seem to be case specific and many times only prevent them from being around their victims, but no restrictions on future potentional victims except schools.

Very surprised that none of the victims had any defensive wounds, especially considering if the three older girls were SA'd, wouldn't there be some signs of them fighting him off? Is it possible he drugged them and shot them in their sleep? But then why would he take them to the woods?

It seems more likely the victims were all alive in the woods, perhaps unaware of any danger. I'm just baffled how this all happened. It's horrific. I'm just hoping the kids were asleep and didn't feel any fear or pain.

I have an extremely low level of belief that men who commit these crimes can ever be rehabilitated.
There is something very wrong with them.
It's like trusting a rattlesnake to not bite you even when you know what the animal is capable of.
Except the snake is an innocent creature !
M00.
Well, rehabilitation may be possible but it's a hard and complicated process with far from 100% success ratio. I'm pretty sure he was just put in prison and no rehabilitation efforts were made. And that gives basically 100% success ratio with making these people much worse than they were before.

Victim in case against Jesse McFadden says the justice system failed
KB says she is the victim in a child *advertiser censored* case that was supposed to go to trial Monday but now never will.

She says she was only 15 years old when Jesse McFadden started contacting her from prison, groomed her and abused her.

KB had gotten a new phone when she was 15. She believes one of McFadden's friends had the number previously and it was a complete coincidence meeting him in the first place.

[...]

"One hundred percent this is a failure on our justice system. This is something they could have stopped. This never had to happen," she said. "They were well aware that this man was a monster and should have never been released and they let it happen."

Here is a timeline of McFadden's criminal history:
  • November 2003: McFadden was convicted of Rape in Pittsburg County. He is sentenced to 20 years in prison.
  • July 2016: While in prison, an affidavit says McFadden was caught with a phone.
  • October 2016: KB's grandfather contacted the prison alleging his 15-year-old granddaughter was in contact with McFadden, according to an affidavit.
  • The affidavit says authorities went through the cell phones and found explicate images of McFadden and KB who at the time was underage.
  • September 2017: McFadden is charged with soliciting sexual conduct with a minor with technology and Possession of juvenile *advertiser censored*.
  • October 30, 2020: McFadden is released from prison after serving 16 years and nine months of his 20 year sentence.
  • November 10, 2020: A bench warrant is issued in the child *advertiser censored* case.
  • November 16, 2020: His bond is set at $25,000, meaning he was arrested.
  • November 19, 2020: McFadden posts bond.
  • Since then he's been out on bond walking free and the jury trial is pushed off several times from 2020 until now, but was set to run May 1, 2023.

(Note: these are the words of the Facebook post linked below. Not my words.)

Tonight, our NBC affiliate station in OKC KFOR-TV will be airing an exclusive access story into the McFadden home where laptops and phones were not seized by investigators as well as other disturbing things.

So, let me get this straight: here’s a story, that, the crux of the issue has been poor investigation, poor oversight—for years.
And three days after the murder of 6 people reporters are getting tours, family members are rummaging around and potential evidence is sitting right there?? Unbelievable!!

Okmulgee Police Department: is this investigation over? Yesterday, it was said we will never know what happened that day. How hard have you tried?

These humans deserve a thorough and complete investigation.

Moo...people have their preferences, they might not touch their family, they might want certain age or looks.
He knew he was going back to jail, he really had nothing to lose by killing all, he had nothing to gain by being a good, honest guy. That is why they should of not let him out, it was never going to end well, if he knew he was going back to jail...moo

edited—- bolding by me.

New tonight at 10 - our crew goes inside the Henryetta home where a slumber party turned into a massacre. Inside — wall restraints, sex toys, human collars, drug paraphernalia and phones and laptops not seized by investigators. 1/3

@kfor reporter @kayleeolivastv was the only reporter inside to see it first hand, she was also there when deputies were called back to the scene to pick up what

Having seen the video, it can only be described as a “house of horrors” - more at 10 and tomorrow on @kfor 3/3

Important to point out that @kayleeolivastv was let into the property by the owner and was with one of Ivy’s family at the time.

A look at the mom and 5 teenagers killed in rural Oklahoma

HOLLY GUESS

Guess, 35, was a doting parent who worked from home, most recently by selling life insurance, her mother, Janette Mayo, said in an interview with The Associated Press.

"She was a fantastic mother. She loved her children beyond belief. She was overprotective," said Mayo, of Westville, Oklahoma, near the Arkansas border. "She was supportive if they wanted to do something. She’d go out 100%."

[...]

RYLEE ELIZABETH ALLEN

Rylee, 17, was very artistic, according to her grandmother.

"My baby girl had a talent with a paint brush," Mayo said. "Rylee wanted to be an artist and wanted to be a doctor so she could help people."

[...]

MICHAEL JAMES MAYO

Michael James, 15, played football, ran cross-country and track and was an "all-around fantastic young man" who shared a birthday with his grandfather, Janette Mayo said.

[...]

TIFFANY DORE GUESS

Tiffany, 13, also ran cross-country. The seventh grader was in the choir and had just tried out for the cheerleading squad.

"She was the sweetest, most loving girl you’d ever met," Mayo said. "We called her ‘Tiffasaurus’ because when she’d get mad at you, she’d growl."

[...]

IVY WEBSTER

Ivy, 14, a friend of Tiffany, was a great kid who loved animals, according to her mother, Ashleigh Webster.

"She loved softball. She loved people, animals. She was just a genuine good person. She really was," Webster said.

[...]

BRITTANY BREWER

Brittany, 16, another of Tiffany’s friends, aspired to be a teacher or a veterinarian, according to her father, Nathan Brewer.

"Brittany was an outgoing person. She was actually selected to be Miss Henryetta ... coming up in July for this Miss National Miss pageant in Tulsa. And now she ain’t gonna make it because she’s dead. She’s gone," Brewer said.

Moo. When was last time Holly and children were seen or communicated with?
Holly's mother last saw Holly and the children on April 27, which was a Thursday. Since Holly worked from home, she may not have been seen on Friday, but I'd think that the children were seen at school. ? MOO

A look at the mom and 5 teenagers killed in rural Oklahoma

The last time Mayo saw her daughter and grandchildren was the night of April 27, when she made the two-hour drive to Henryetta to see her granddaughter Tiffany sing in her last choir concert of the year, she said.

In an effort to prevent similar crimes in the future, IMO the public needs to know what efforts, if any, were made to rehabilitate him by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. How many times was he examined by OK DoC psychologists and what were the findings of those exams?

IMO it makes no sense to lock up a person in a prison cell for a specific number of years and expect them to somehow rehabilitate themselves without significant intervention by MH professionals.

Is the public to assume that OK DoC employees determined he was *not* a threat to society and authorized his release, even though it was known he was texting with and sending explicit photos to a minor while in prison? If this is the case, then IMO the public needs to know the name(s) of the person(s) who suggested and approved his release and their justification for doing so.

Doesn't seem too likely as they are all apparently shot in the head, some multiple times. The speculation is that he staged the scene.
But it's really difficult to tell.
Yes, the scene was most likely staged. Seems clear he didn't want to go back to prison and decided to go out with a bang.

Wow. His place has chains attached to the walls. His victim for which he spend 17 years in prison was tied up during the rape. So obviously he was into restraining and so on.
Clearly, more should be done if a woman with children marries a sex offender, sine the woman herself apparently can't figure out it's not a good idea to marry a sex offender. Like notifying the fathers of the children the new hubby is a sex offender? Father of her youngest says he had no idea.

I understand he is dead, but shouldn't authorities do some investigation regardless? Seems like they left computers in the home. He could have videotaped the abuse and even the murders.

“No words can express this family’s fear that the sexual assault of their baby girl has been placed on the dark web,” said Spradling. “We demand that law enforcement seize all electronic devices and hunt down all sexual predators who have witnessed the suffering of Ivy Webster.”
