I didn't know HLN had decided to do more...although from the number of commercials they've been running, surely it's been profitable. I know some of the upcoming trials include Andrea Sneiderman and then there's George Zimmerman. May have to now pick up on Wild or local streams.. except for 2 hours on InSession if they are still doing that. JMO of course.

I miss the old Court T.V. nothing but trial, those were the days.

Everything we take for granted and are blessed to do is something she will never experience again.
Good food home cooked or favorite resteraunts, Starbucks, nice cars, clothes, marriage, children. Never again to stop to smell the flowers, to run through the rain barefooted! enjoy sunsets, sunrises,Time with family and friends.

#1 Jodi says Travis said (kill you *****) after she shot him in the head and she broke free.
ME said that Travis would not have been able say or do anything immediately after being shot.
M.E said either the throat slitting or the gunshot to the head would cause incapacitation immediately. The stab wound to the chest that cut the return artery would have likely allowed Travis to be conscious enough to walk for a few seconds.
While M.E was testifying Jodi looked at every autopsy photo that was shown, she had to see each and every one of them.
M.E says by being shot in the head as Travis had done to him he would have been incapacitated immediately after shot to the head.
This means Travis could not have chased after Jodi after being shot in the head.
The M.E said the bullet had to have passed through the front of the brain, there was no way the bullet could have missed the brain.
M.E said the defensive wounds would have to have come when he was still alive.

JSS has allowed him to testify in a surrebuttal because she does not want this case overturned on appeal.

It's really a non-issue, given Geffner's clear and obvious bias, being a friend and colleague of ALV. JM will have him testify to that, as well as his being sanctioned by another trial court, etc.

Not to worry. IMO JM will eviscerate him.

And why would the jury even care what her 'diagnosis' is? She is not claiming insanity, so it is not really an issue. JMO

I think it is just going to anger the jury that this slow, boring, tedious defense team is dragging the inevitable out, once again.

Also, Demarte went over a very common sense checklist of symptoms for BPD. And it was very logical to come to that conclusion. What is this guy going to say to make her seem less needy, delusional, and narcissistic?

I don't think he said what or where the first stab wound was. I was talking to my DH about it & he thought that Jodi could have stabbed Travis' heart while he was seated. That would allow him to stand up, move to the sink & cough the blood that would be associated with that. Then Jodi stood behind him at the sink and stabbed him in the back.

My hub, was shocked one day when he just stepped out of the shower and I was brushing my teeth watching him in the mirror. I suddenly yelped, "Here this is when I would do it". He was standing with the towel stretched behind him as he was drying his back. His chest was fully exposed and his hands were occupied with the towel behind him. 2 ten minute phone call per week.There are only 3 women in her block she may be able to talk with through their bars,but no contact.when she goes to DR..she will never be able to touch other human,except maybe a doctor for the rest of her life.She will never be able to hug or kiss her mother or father ever again..nothing!!
She can kiss her lover goodbye!!

Total lack of interaction with others, except guards, medical personnel. Isolation. That WILL drive her crazy. Good.

You are most likely correct. JW, basically, is her babysitter, for the duration of the trial. I would make certain, if I was JW, that JA had zero access to any personal information about me, or my family. She scares me almost as much as Manson.... if not more so, spooky, dead eyes. :eye::eye: I would have a difficult time, if I was JW, letting her get so close to me, having her look into my face so closely. I would require strong medication, maybe more than one kind. :gasp:
