IMO Judge Perry is becoming annoyed with Jose Baez today. He really hasn't come as prepared as the judge asked him to be and keeps trying to push his honor's buttons. Not a good thing to do, at the same time attempting to make and take small stabs at the SAO! JB is childish at times. :nono:

He better look out or his Honor may smack him a good one!

JB is also impeaching his own argument about cadaver dogs - if he is saying they are unreliable then he can't use them to prove there was no body on Suburban because they didn't alert there. He can't have it both ways.

This makes me angry. Not what you say, but that JB would be so dismissive. How many dogs and handlers were at the Twin Towers, or Haiti, or other horrible tragic areas to find bodies or live people and they did their job? I want to call JB a a really nasty name right now but don't want to be banned.

They were prolly all extensions of the out-of-state celeb attorneys JB has brought on-LKB, AL and TM probably recommended them. They had absolutely no foresight as far as the costs, bet JB wishes he could sell more pics of Caylee right about now...

I'm a bit miffed that the court takes at face value %'s without anything other than JB's say so.

I would hazard a guess that much of this work is yet to be completed and that in-state experts could "begin" it and complete it.

I think the %'s should be made to be substantiated.
