Did DCS's just say "last question?" My head snapped up so quick... it's the first time she has had my attention all day! :floorlaugh:

shock and amazement:

Logan says he did not follow Miss Simms' question

They need to get past this man that says he is no Expert. I can not believe the Judge has allowed this for 2 days!

Somewhat perplexing, yes. My guess is that he is allowing this so that the DT can't come back and say that HHJP excluded their "experts".

DS - last question - there was no flouride found in the Montana sample. Can you tell me Dr. Vass methodology?
BL - I don't understand question
DS - do you recall dr. vass report why no flouride - a small child had not collected enough flouride due to the age of the child - is it appropriate to apply any database to a child - if children have different decomp. signatures?
JA objection

I do not remember there being any mention of Caylee swimming in Tony's pool. Either the defense is using that as a lark when they mean RM's pool, or there is more to TL statements to LE or they are just testing it out to blame george and cindy. IMHO.

Hi,

Tony's roommate said "they" did go down to the pool. I assume that Caylee went swimming (what toddler wouldn't want to go into the pool):

NATE: No, ma`am. She didn`t. There was a point where -- you know, we had asked her a couple of times, Hey, you know, how come we haven`t seen Caylee in a while, because when Tony and her first started dating, Caylee would come over to the house a few times, they would go down to the pool, or you know, whatever, Tony`s taking them out to dinner and stuff

Lol, if wet swimming clothes in an enclosed, hot area would create chloroform so dense it's traceable even 3 weeks after the fact, IMO during the summers there would be epic waves of people collapsing all over the place.

Yay! JA up on cross!

longest question I've ever heard

Holy CHIT Gov. said he had NOT approved $$.. So he has shown he's a moron after all.

You're kidding? Where was Curtis Jackson when HHJP got that information? :banghead:

d. sims: there was no floride found in the control sample: what does that do to dr. voss's report

I do not understand that question.

d sims: if there is an attempt to draw a conclusion about the human decomp and one does not find flouride and one thinks this has to do with the age of the child, should you use the ones for the adults if they have different decomp sigs?

objection.

cross:

JA: is there a difference between looking for a specific compound as opposed to what is in a sample?
yes

Here are the two links. The first one is Tulessa's, but I'm not too sure who the second one is, but I prefer it!

http://mfile.akamai.com/12939/live/reflector:34407.asx

You can keep the player open and always on top of your Explorer Windows without losing the screen! It is really cool.

Here is how you do it:
Right click at the top in the 'blue' bar and go to more options
Check - Keep Now playing on top of other windows.

Had to switch to your link, but the sound quality is horrible. :(
