And wouldn't that type of chloroform @ 10,000 X normal limits, ate a freakin hole in the carpet.

Either that or make a very large stain in the carpet ;) I'm by no means a chloroform expert, but trace chloroform IMHO is quite different than the amounts presumed to be in the vehicle. Despite all the Febreze and Dryer Sheets, and now Caylee's bathing suit :(

Yay. He's answering my question about doing air sample testing HIMSELF.

KC is sure interested in JA and Logan.

JA: You have not personally been involved with air sample testing, is that correct?
DL: The only testing I've been involved in is the testing of car exhaust...in graduate school, in the late 1980s...

OH... and it was 20 years ago when he was in grad school when he worked with any gases...

:great:

JA up....

Doctor is there diff between an examination looking for a specif compound vs an examiniation of what compounds are present.

Target analyis vs a general analysis...

What circumstances in your lab do you do a general analysis...you just look for everything that's there. You lab doesn't perform those examins of air samples does it? NO...you have never been involved in air sample testing, is that correct? The only experience I had was with gas analysis, car fires....late 1980's last involvement in an air sample..correct, Yes..

JA - The last time you worked with gas samples was over 20 years ago? Correct?

Logan - Correct

Dr.Logan last has experience in gas sampling over 20 years ago - sigh!

Whaaaatttt? Who said that?

well In Session broke in and said that it looks like judge Perry misspoke...that the Gov. said he only approved through April and that he has to be responible to the State of Florida people.

Apparently Judge perry will be making some public comments at noon.

JA is bringing it home and shutting it down.

Gee that 2 second lapse sure seems to vary..

logan agrees that pattern analysis happens and that peer review journals can be vehicle to publish scientific opinions

JA: your lab does not preform that type of analysis on air samples.
no(affirmative)
JA: you have never preformed these experiments, correct.
no-tells some of what he has done: fire tests...
JA: how long ago were you a part of that?

Witness: I think there is a delay. Ask questions slower.

Witness: graduate school. late 1980's

JA: so over 20 years ago for air samples?
yes

JA: you agree the gas chromgrapher is solid accepted science?
yes

JA: is asking about each generally accepted method d. sims just went over and is asking witness if he agrees this is good science.
witness says yes.

JA: my point is if you look at a chromatagram it is appropritate. (wants to rephrase)by comparing the peaks you can compare different compounds.

Witness: all things being equal the one with the bigger peak is more than the one with the lesser peak.

BBM

I'll consider the source.

They could be right, but I'm gonna wait for something official.

I believe I hear music! Ah - yes I do! It is the bugle sound when the calvary is charging in....

Whaaaatttt? Who said that?

I don't see it on WESH. The only hint is:

Judge Perry has agreed to speak with reporters in lunch break regarding state funding of courts.

I hope this clears it up.
