DS : measured digital photographs of root tips - you never received that actual items - only the digital photos. diameter of the root to determine age of the root. clarify that for me.

ITA about CM...can someone please tell me what CM's purpose in this trial is? Or is he just there to warm the extra seat at the defense table.

He's the Death Penalty qualified attorney, which neither JB nor DCS are. So he is supposed to be lending the full weight of his experience and knowledge of capital cases to insure that the defendant gets a fair and reasonable trial for the crimes that she is accused of. In practice lately he seems to mainly just be sitting there.
