DS : measured digital photographs of root tips - you never received that actual items - only the digital photos. diameter of the root to determine age of the root. clarify that for me.

But isn't the defense arguing that Dr. Halls testimony should be tossed because no reasonable conclusions could be reached from measuring the photographs? I would swear they submitted several motions to that regard?

He's the Death Penalty qualified attorney, which neither JB nor DCS are. So he is supposed to be lending the full weight of his experience and knowledge of capital cases to insure that the defendant gets a fair and reasonable trial for the crimes that she is accused of. In practice lately he seems to mainly just be sitting there.

D. Simms: ways to measure root growth speed. I believe you authored a chapter in a book called: ??? Yours is chapter 22, correct. No where do you suggest you can caluculate an unknown plant by measuring its diameter. Even today unable to give a journal to determine a speed at which it grows based on a photograph.

That statement makes me think Baez had no intention of adherring to that agreement.

Since Baez is demanding to be lead attorney isn't it his responsibility to be present at all times?
