my goodness - talking about plant growth through your daughters body - how can you function, how can you breathe? Now DT is talking about tomato plants. Plants do not (IMHO) grow through a human the same as they do in a tomato plant.

So I'm assuming she's getting to "someone planted the body after ICA was jailed and the plants grew so quickly -- like a topsy turvy".

So so sad for Caylee Marie Anthony.

I kind of liked it actually. You don't know the growth rate of the individual plant. You don't know what plant those roots came from, correct? No you don't know?

Would you agree, in your depo 60 to 80 thousand plants potentially growing at remains scene.

Witness is saying something different, explaining what he had to say on that subject from his depo.

I'm still confused about this whole section. She is challenging the witnesses conclusions or opinions, but isn't that something for trial? This is a Frye or evidence hearing. Is she in any way challenging the doctors credentials, experience or the science of Botany?

Oh good Lord- Poison Ivy? Has it been noted anywhere that Poison Ivy was found around the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony? I don't recall, but that doesn't mean it's not a fact. Please let me know if so kind.

Anyone with InSession on able to transcribe some of Dr. H's testimony here? I can't hear his responses but I am getting the sense that he's not letting DCS lead him along as much as she'd like...

I would be happy to but it looks something like this now -

"Well, that is relative _____ as much [inaudible] ____ the number of plants___ [inaudible]"

In other words, the cc has gotten less reliable and it wouldn't make any sense. Nothing better than y'all can probably hear in a live feed right now.
