I have missed most of the hearing today, caught about the last 10 minutes before this recess. Did they talk about the stain images yet? thanks!

Wonder why George Anthony isn't there.

Perhaps GA is at home, polishing and sharpening the sword he plans on falling on during trial.

She could go, but I believe she would not be allowed to watch the selection process.

Thanks,I could not remember during my jury duty days if it was open to the public or not.:innocent:

He's probably practicing his trial testimony in the mirror, where every sentence will start with: As a matter of fact...

Or: I do remember...

No, unless I missed it. We've been in Sims wonderland all day.

So. JB objected to Dr. Petraco's comments in the NY case being allowed in these proceedings. (Petraco being the hair banding expert that DT retained who identified the post-mortem banding.) HHJP gave the DT six ways to Sunday to come up with a valid objection to allowing Petraco stuff in. They waffled and did not provide much other than a reference to pink pachyderms.

What this sidebar is about, I do not know.

Recess for 20 minutes!

Gold!

Thanks lol :)

Cindy won't let him?

I'm glad George isn't there. I'm sure the idea of being blamed for Caylee's death has pushed him over the edge and maybe he'll finally not go along with ICA and CA's sick twisted lies and ideas that they think will get ICA off. Tell the truth George or you might be in cellblock H

No, not yet. Dr. Logan finished up this AM, then a couple of plant folks (Dr. Hall and Dr. Bock).

using the materials from a KNOWN defense "consultant" as part of the SA's Frye case FOR PM root banding..............and that the material quoted was from another state NY , used by the DEFENSE in that case! and accepted as "FRYE" quality!:great::great:

And when the evidence comes in the articles will read.......

"Defense team given the "Shaft" by hair evidence."

"Thwarted by the hair on my chinny chin chin."

"Hair today gone tomorrow."

and my favorite personal favorite...
"Playing in Florida for a limited engagement New York cast of HAIR"

Thanks Joypath - shucks folks, if I understood that correctly, that's just plain good lawyering. No harm no foul - play ball!

Baez is accusing them attempting to access the DT's work product information which in this case is the expert from New York that was retained by Baez and since Baez won't agree to it the State is playing dirty by bringing Judge Perry in to the fight

Respectfully Quoted Novice Seeker :)

I thought JB said, it was "clever" of the prosecution to say the dr. in NY was hired by the defense? IIRC. I am confused and not questioning your post, just using it because I am confused. TIA.

How would CA be able to go when the location is not released to the public?

I'm sorry, but what do you think that CA is writing on the lawyers paper? Is she allowed to do that?

She has to be a carbon copy of ICA. They are BFF yanno.:innocent:
