Oh Geez, "Dr Vass will make MILLIONS if the judge signs off on it." How can JB say this with a straight face? How many of the attorneys on the DT or witnessess for the DT are joining them because of the notoriety and potential income this dang trial can bring to them. JB wasn't even a known entity prior to this but money and notoriety are his now because a cute little girl was murdered.
Caylee deserves justice and no matter what by golly, she should get all the notoriety on the SA team that is available to her for bringing her killer to justice.

Jose: a person who did the study and only that person. in the cybers case you have someone who has institutional bias, some have personal bias.

We have all heard enough about chemicals and science...what is odd and what is before the court. a table prepared by dr furton. all of the papers that were written on human decop there is no consensus among all the authors.

Just because someone writes a paper and decides to publish...nine different studies and they all disagree...

IMHO: the judge answered this issue: this is for the trial to decide, there are always sides that have different opinions. JP says bring these arguments into court.

It's actually very common to use powerpoint in Court. I'm helping one of my teams make one for an upcoming hearing on the 15th. But our powerpoints don't contain case law, we only use images in ours. For a Judge like HHJP isn't kind of condescending to project relevant case law.
